Poor cabinetry, weird ceiling panels that shoot for elegance but miss the mark. The washing stations aren't comfortable. You can head every convo throughout the salon because of the wide open space and you literally can stare at the people on the other side of you due to poor positioning of chairs/mirrors. The floors were dirty, there was hair and dust on the cabinets at opening, AND the BIGGEST issue I noticed that there were no sanity stations for scissors or brushes. My hairstylist used a curling brush that had hair already in it! I'm praying it was only used on freshly washed hair, but still I don't think that's acceptable. As far as my stylist, I'm happy with her and her providing me with the services I scheduled. The service was slightly more than the lists prices online so they should update the pricing. Since I liked the stylist I will give it another try but the salon isn't something itself I look forward to entering again.

We had a very bad experience at our usual Great Clips location (we had a new person we've never had before cut our son's hair). Needless to say, with school pictures coming up, we had to find another location to try and get it fixed. We called this location and they were able to get us in right away due to the situation. This shop was clean and both ladies working were welcoming and friendly. We got Nicole who worked her magic and made our son's hair look so good! We are going for a modern mullet type look. Because of how botched his original cut was, Nicole did point out a couple areas that will have to be grown out again to flow better but because of how well she fixed the rest of his hair, it's not noticeable.
