THANK YOU NICOLE!! I'm am so grateful for Nicole and her hair cutting ability. We had a very bad experience at our usual Great Clips location (we had a new person we've never had before cut our son's hair). Needless to say, with school pictures coming up, we had to find another location to try and get it fixed. We called this location and they were able to get us in right away due to the situation. This shop was clean and both ladies working were welcoming and friendly. We got Nicole who worked her magic and made our son's hair look so good! We are going for a modern mullet type look. Because of how botched his original cut was, Nicole did point out a couple areas that will have to be grown out again to flow better but because of how well she fixed the rest of his hair, it's not noticeable. This is a tough one to write. This location has been one of the only places to get haircuts in the area for a looooong time and it has served the Eagle Mountain Community well. I personally have been going to this location for the last 5+ years every month for haircuts but as of February 2023 I will no longer be going to this location. Their haircuts are up to $21! That to me is absurd for how mediocre my haircuts are, I only went here out of convenience and price but now I feel like I'm being priced out of getting an amateur haircut. There is a barbershop slightly closer to my home and the gentleman that runs it only charges $25 a cut and actually takes the time to do it right so I'll be going there going forward. It will probably save years of my life too because I won't have to wait 1+ hour every month to be seated for my haircuts. read more

The service was really nice, fast, and I liked the barber! I got in the doors at 4:03 and was back in my car at 4:18. Kudos for a quick cut! She didn't clean up my sides or my sideburns. I had to spend a few minutes clipping and cutting when I got home. All in all it was good. Definitely would come back! They also have some good deals on hair product. We've gotten many haircuts at this location. We typically go to this location when we get a coupon because it helps with the cost. Their "Check-in" option online and on their App is helpful because you don't have to be at the location to check-in, so you can show up when they tell you to and don't have to wait too long. read more

My two sons went in for basic hair cuts. One of my son's haircut was fine. The other asked for a 1 on the sides, about an inch on the top and blended. She asked if he parted his hair and he said yes and showed where. She then proceeded to shave off (using a 1) the right third of his head front to back. When he told her that is not what he wanted her response was, "Sorry, I can't put hair back." They didn't try to even up the hair or fix it and they still charged him. read more

This location on has become an extremely poor in service and quality. The online check-in service does nothing here. It is so busy and packed that checking in won't do you any good. On some occasions it does work but 80% of the time it doesn't work. The stylists here are sub par for a Great Clips. Sometimes you will get good stylists who cut and style pretty well. Other times you don't get good stylists and they don't level out the haircut. (Myself and friends have had this happen). Overall, there is nothing to special about this Great Clips, other than the convenient location of it, and being the only Hair place in Eagle Mountain (I think). read more

Not somewhere I would recommend for women's haircuts. I just had a baby so I went in to shorten my hair. I wasn't expecting much and only asked to cut it shoulder length with a little layering so it wasn't so heavy. I came away with an uneven, choppy cut. I'm currently writing this waiting in a salon to have someone fix it. So what started as an attempt to save money and time on a simple haircut has certainly bit me in the behind. read more

This location is one of the worst places to get your haircut. In particular, one guy that works there doesn't know what he's doing. He treats customers like dirt and is ultra aggressive. He literally scratched my head with his clippers because he was jamming his blades on my head. I got upset and had to tell him to stop cutting my hair because of the pain he was inflicting me. long story short, I walked out with an unfinished haircut. Never going there again. They are talkative and friendly, and do a good job cutting our hair. The new stylist today has been very good about making sure that my son will get the exact look that he is hoping for. read more

Make sure to check in online. You'll have to download an app, but if you walk in, there's a good chance you'll have a hefty wait time. I checked in through their app while at home and had a 30 min wait time. While I was waiting, a man came in for a walk in appointment, and he was told it was a 52 minute wait. This is on a Monday. The staff is super friendly and they make sure to greet everyone who walks through the door. They work quickly, while kindly chatting with their clients. I had Melissa, who was absolutely wonderful. She did an amazing job. I got quite a lot of hair chopped off, and not only did she do it quicker than I ever expected, she did the best job anyone has ever done on my hair in a long time! I have super thick hair, and usually stylists will spend forever spraying my hair with their spray bottles, but Melissa immediately realized how much easier it would be to simply throw my head under the sink, even though I didn't pay for a shampoo. Decided to try this place and had a great experience with Ashley. I added on the $3 shampoo and it was amazing. They massaged my scalp for quite some time the cut was great. Overall atmosphere was anything super amazing, but was great for a quick haircut. Will be back! read more

I went to this Great Clips, and I was very disappointed.. I asked them to cut my bangs just enough so where you can round brush them, and they would just go to my eyebrows. When she was finally done they were really short.. And that's not what I asked for, but I think she is better with cutting mens hair.. Not the best experience! read more

Most of my cuts from this location have been mediocre, which I expect for the cost. My haircut is pretty simple, so I don't feel the need to go somewhere expensive to get a simple trim. However, my most recent cut from this location is so bad, it's worse than when I went to a hair school for extra cheap options in college. Someone is wrongfully giving these stylists a license and telling them they can cut hair. I have medium/long hair and I asked for a 1 - 1.5" trim on the length and layers. The stylist spent less than 6 minutes on my cut, did not wet my hair evenly, (some of it was wavy, some straight) and left jagged lengths all over. The back is completely uneven with long pointed sections sticking out, and the layers are haphazard and unevenly angled. Yuck. I know it's a "cheap haircut" but a simple, straight across length and long layers is not asking much. I still paid $18 and now I'll have to pay someone else to fix it. read more
