The girls doing our pedicures were really friendly and made our experience very relaxing. They had great nail care advice as well! Pet dander and hair in large quantities should not come in contact with any cosmetic procedures could cause bacterial infections or more complications.  I also received a chemical burn from her negligence, Chemical burns for lash extensions can be common, usually mild and transient. However, could've easily been avoided. She could've Weigh down the top eyelid with foam tape or a sanitised coin, or use foam tape instead of eyepatches under the eyes to prevent the fumes getting into open eyes - the extra thickness of the foam tape helps a lot with this, especially on clients with more prominent eyes! Plus the way she microblades eyebrows is way too thick. Not only were my eyelashes extremely rushed, but her getting back with any communication with me has been like pulling teeth. The environment could be cleaner, and the technician, Chelsea, herself could be more professional.
