Nat did a really great job on my daughters hair and it looks amazing it's the best hair cut she's ever had and she has so much confidence with her beautiful hair. I hope to keep coming to Nat for years to come. She really put a lot of love into her haircut! They were very busy but she was very nice and did not rush us and even offered to help with suggestions to come and help find a good hair product and showed her how to style for best results. 10/10 service. I took my son Alex to SuperCuts today, we showed them a picture of what he wanted it was French crop, it came out sort of like the picture but still far from it, plus the vibe in the place was bad because it was very messy inside and lonely since it was deserted and had barely anyone inside. Well this is the last time I ever come to a Supercuts. I called to book an appointment 3 hours before I was off work. I come to my "so-called" appointment, waited over 30 minutes and had other walk ins go ahead of me even though I made an appointment. This isn't the first time this is happened. It happens at all Supercuts. They are horribly expensive for mediocre service. What's the point of making an appointment if this happens? read more

Lisa is my hero!!!!! My 8 year old daughter got a round brush stuck in her hair really bad. Lisa took the time to get the brush out shampooed her and only had to give her a trim. I went in on Saturday for the first time for a haircut and Amanda was my stylist. She did an amazing job and my hair feels so healthy now! I have wavy/curly hair so it's a bit tricky to cut but she did a great job. I also bought a couple products that I'm also loving, a deep conditioner and a leave in conditioner. All in all I had a positive experience and will be back for more cuts in the future. read more

Based on repeat visits, I am done with Supercuts and this location in particular. Obviously, people go to Supercuts because it is affordable, not because the haircuts are anything special. But, this location makes NO EFFORT to respect your time, and I'm quite certain this is an approach at all Supercuts. In the last two visits to this location, I have checked in using the app, shown up precisely on time, and have still had to wait 20+ minutes beyond my check-in time before they called my name. If a "check in" on the app is going to essentially be worthless, then Supercuts should not even offer the service through the app, as it is essentially false advertising. My time is valuable. I am going to find a hair stylist who respects my time. read more

Horrible. Went in for a trim and that was all fine. I needed my bangs trimmed too so i just wanted them cut to about the middle of my eyebrows they seemed to me below my eyebrow so I told the lady can we do just a SMIG a tiny bit more off so i could be in the middle and proceeds to trim above my eyebrow and when i tell her okay i think it's alright she's like i'm just making them even (they didn't end up even the right side is long than the right) but now my bangs are way more above my eyebrows practically micro bangs and i have prom in a week isn't that just lovely and not to mention after she had finished ready to ring me up she can see the face of terror i have and still has the audacity to charge $29 while I am almost at the point of tears. thank for ruining my life lady from supercuts you and your weird way of cutting hair!!! read more

Very professional clean place. It was my first time at this location and my first time going to get a cut since the pandemic. I called ahead and was able to get an appointment right away. Yes! I was happy. Arrived and I was promptly greeted. They are wearing mask and having people social distance. There were two stylists. Both were friendly and chatted with myself and another gentleman. I hate when I get a cut in silence. I was happy to small talk. Especially after being in quarantine for so long. I was offered a styling product for curly hair and loved it. I bought a bottle. Good upsell lol. I was given a coupon for next time and was super happy with the service. I will be back. read more

Super disappointed...I went in and told Lisa that I wanted a trim, keep my long layers and please style with loose curls like the picture below. I explained this was for my baby shower I would be going to shortly after the cut and style. As you can see in the below picture she gave me tight small curls vs. what I requested. When I asked her if she was going to loosen them she told me I would need to do it so it would last the apx. 2 hours before the start of my baby shower. I am sorry I have never been to a hair stylist that could not make hair stay in a loose wave, expecially when I paid extra for it! I was so upset and in disbelief that I just said okay and paid as normal and left. It took me an extra 20 mins at home to loosen the curls to the point where I was comfortable. The whole time upset this was happing on the one day I wanted to feel my best. Sadly after a wash and dry the next day it was pointed out to me by 2 co-workers that my hair cut was uneven in the back and had an extremely long peice that was not cut, Pictures below. Really sucks having this happen when pregnant, and now I have to get it fixed which means more hair will have to be cut off. My advice don't go here! read more

The young lady who was going to cut my grandson's hair took her time looking at her phone and drinking her coffee. Her haircut was good. I have been going to supercuts for about 7 years I have had many different stylists but I love the stylist I have now you have raised your prices 3 times in the last 4 or 5 months you've made it impossible for me to afford to come and get all the services that I like to get my stylist is leaving at the end of July and I will go in one more time to get my hair colored but I'm not going to be able to get the other services like getting my haircut blow-dried and curled because it's just too expensive My sister goes to a high-end salon in La Jolla and she doesn't pay as much as you charge at supercuts so I'm gonna be going to hurtle on from now on and I'm sure other people are going to leave as well you need to re adjust your prices and lower them back to where they were a year ago I would not recommend anybody going to supercut to discharge too darn much read more

I very rarely write negative reviews. I was very unhappy with the haircut I received from Becky, and I didn't like the way I was treated as well. I won't be returning to ANY Supercuts ever again. Supercuts has a 2.6 rating on TrustPilot, and I now understand that there's a very good reason for that. I met ROGER at the Aero (San Diego) Supercuts location and wow was I impressed. He just knew what was needed to make me look the my best. He exceeded all of my expectations and knows how to take care of this clients. When I heard he was moving to the Santee location I had to follow him there. I made an appointment over the phone this morning, when they first opened at 9am... I arrived 10 minutes early for 1 o'clock and checked in at ahead of time...Being DISABLED with hip problems I waited, in the meantime a man walked in and said he tried to schedule an appointment online but it didn't work... So he waited also... Lisa told me there was one person before me witch that was correct at that time (a young boy)....Well Lisa (the manager) called the man that just walked in for the haircut, he waited only 5 minutes...Wow, Lisa sure is showing a great example about customer service to her employees...I was so mad that I left at 1:17 almost 30 minutes waiting ...Later I called to complain and they hung up on me twice... Super happy with Supercuts! Micah did a fantastic job with my hair! My hair is very straight and low maintenance so I love to go short (above the shoulder) and add layers to help add volume. There were two hairstylists when I came in. One of which was flirting with a man who was about to get a divorce from his wife and the other was gossiping along with them. I thought that was very nonchalant and trashy. One of them was even touching her breasts and talking about fake breasts. Before I could even sit down for my haircut I was already feeling awkward. I was thinking,"wow, if these ladies can be this trashy, who knows what they will say about me after I leave?" The haircut itself was decent, except for all the jibber jabber. I understand they also have to sell their "hair products", but I don't appreciate having my ear talked off about paying $40 for shampoo/conditioner. I get it, it's better. All in all, I will NOT be going back to this supercuts. If I want to see women flirting with married men while touching their breasts I'll go to a strip joint. No thank you. read more

We came to this supercuts because of the convenience but stayed loyal customers because of the quick service and Roger. My daughter is nervous of people, but Roger puts her at ease and when she wanted the side of her hair shaved and a tiny pixie cut he did a wonderful job and we all loved it. I was hesitant about a new haircut but recently decided to go to Supercuts on a whim. I only needed a "clean up". I arrived a bit early for my online appointment, but the "stylist" waited until the exact minute to call me. There were 3 girls and only 1 was attending a customer. I explained what I wanted and what I DID NOT want. Bottom line, my family could hardly contain their laughter when I got home. I was pretty much left with very, very short hair all over and it looks like a 90 yr. old's short style. I am so upset that I cannot do anything with this but wash and hope for the best until it grows some. read more

I suppose neither of them want to make money today? Unless you're "an appropriate weight for your height" you might want to look elsewhere for a cut. read more

This place is very close to my house that is the only reason I keep coming here since it's so convenient for me instead of going to my go to location in mission valley, but the wait here is ALWAYS soo long, they usually only have two people cutting hair and if you don't check in online you will be waiting over an hour. I came in to the empty salon as a walk-in and asked if they had availability. A woman with a short blonde bob didn't introduce herself and told me she could squeeze me in in the 7 mins before her next appointment, as long as I just wanted it "cut straight across." She proceeded to get multiple inches shorter than I wanted, cut one side shorter than the other, the back much shorter than the sides, and overall did a horrible job. She then proceeded to COMFORT ME about her crap job with my hair, letting me know it will grow out soon enough. I wish I didn't tip. I practically left in tears. I had gone to Supercuts my entire life, but today was it for me. She didn't care about me or my hair, just trying to squeeze in another appt to grab some extra money. I'm furious. read more

I wish I would have read the reviews on yelp before we came to this location. Our normal supercut is the one in lakeside next to Walmart however we were shopping on this side of town and decided to stop in. My seven year old daughter just needed a simple bang trim .Everyone who was working only two people were pleasant . my first complaint was the wait time almost a half hour however they did have a kid play area so my kids were happy . After a long wait it was our turn our hair stylist seamed more interested in the conversation of the other stylist and client next to us then focusing on my daughter hair cut. She did the cut in a minute and wanted us out fast as she could, we paid and left. I was just disappointed with the wait time and the service we received. My husband got home and ask if I cut my daughter bangs myself because it looks like a child tried to cut a even line but really messed up. Luckily my daughter only seven and doesn't care and there just bangs that will grow back in a few weeks how ever I learned my lesson to never ever come back to this location and remember to go to the supercuts in lakeside. read more

My husband and our son have been coming here for a few years for hair cuts and never had a problem until today. My son had his hair cut my Megan who was extremely short and curt with my husband.
