Horrible haircut! I used to love this place but had a bad experience with this older hispanic lady with blonde hair. She always has dark eye shadow on, when I see her it's usually blue. I always avoided her until today when there was no one else but another older lady cutting hair. I asked to get my hair cut short, below my shoulders and with long layers. She chopped off my hair and it looks nothing like I asked, she's super careless. I'll never return to this place. Put people that know how to listen in! read more

My husband and two sons normally get their haircut with Estevan and she does a great job, they always leave happy and my 2 and 1 year old are happy with her too she is great with kids so I figured I'll try her too and I have to say she did an excellent job. I am only giving them one star because I'm not allowed to give zero stars. We were quoted a 45-1 hour wait time. Sat there for an hour and a half and were told that there was still another customer ahead of us. When I asked about the quoted time I was then informed about the online check in even though I had called and was told there is no appointments or being able to put our name down for the list. When I told one of the stylists that they should inform customers about the wait time and on line check in she said she could see my son but had to put towels to wash first. Generally I'm an understanding person, however it's very frustrating with their flawed system of this "list"! We ended up leaving with no haircut for my son. We won't be coming back to this location that randomly chooses who can call in to be on the list. EDIT: I got a response from the owner and the online check in is being used as an appointment. A person checked in online and was taken in immediately even though we had checked in an hour and a half before. With it being back to school I would think that more than 3 stylists would be scheduled to work. Also, all the customers that were seen before us were adults and there was no considerations for the students going back to school. My son is 5 years old and left with no haircut. Dang they must up my hair really bad. I had really long hair yes had. My hair was up to my butt and they chopped it off so bad it came up to my shoulders I have a fishtail in the back of one piece of hair left that's longer. I asked for Long layers, Long layers how did this happen ? I mean that's a simple cut. She didn't know how to cut long hair, I've had this problem before. I came in as always for an anual 8 month cut and to my surprise the location looked amazing and to top it off the wait was a fraction of the time I normally wait. To be completely honest, I was beginning to look for a new salon but now with the new management, I'm definitely sticking with this place. Transitioning from one style to the next can definitely be a traumatic and difficult shift (especially when it comes to one's hair.) I waited 2 hours for a haircut. I made an appointment also so you would think they where going to attend me fast but nope. There customer service is good but they are very slow at cutting hair. There regular price for a haircut is $19 so I Think it's a little steep in my opinion. There are other places in Pico that are $12 and will get you out in 30mins read more

I went online and checked in and had a 12:45 appointment. I arrived a 5 minutes early in case I could get my haircut sooner. I was told it would be about 10 minutes before they could get to me. I did not get waited on until after 1:05. What is the point of checking in early to wait over 20 minutes. I will not be back to this Supercuts nor any other. I suggest your employees learn the system or the system needs to be overhauled. My time is too valuable to sit and wait. It defeats the purpose of checking in. This place does a great job at cutting my hair. I go here at least 1 and half months to keep the sides sharp. They are very professional and keep your hair looking neat. I recommend you come early on weekdays. There is usually a crowd with mothers who have many kids hair to cut. read more

This place sucks. Terrible service and horrible haircuts. Last time I was there, the lady took 10 minutes to cut my hair. At other Supercuts, it takes at least 30 minutes for the way I like it. I got home and I found hairs in the back that were shorter than others. It was super uneven. I called to complain and they offered me a complimentary free haircut next time I was there. I went today and they told me I was never put on file. The manager pretty much lied to my face because she was the one I talked to over the phone. All in all, terrible place to get a haircut. Everybody seems rushed and doesn't seem to have much experience. Don't come here. Find another one nearby. read more

BETHANY is awesome! When I decided to chop all my hair off a couple of years ago, she was my girl. I was so happy with my cut when I left the salon. She does really great work and she's the sweetest person...ALWAYS treating her customers well. After bleaching and coloring my hair myself for a while, my hair was wrecked. She made miracles happen, and brought it back to life with beautiful, vibrant color! I honestly refuse to let anyone else touch my hair anymore. Whatever I want or need, she can make it happen! So I tell her my name said it wa going to be 25 min wait end up being 5 min totally rAd right. So she was like how do you cut your hair usually a 7 all around but let's try an 7 on top with medium fade. She was like oh trying something new. I said yeah I'm looking for that fuck boy hair cut. An she delivers. After waging my hair with a little scalp message. She look at me an ask is there anything else's she could possibly help me with. In my head that's an open ended question yes you possibly perhaps could help me if you you were willing. But I politely say no thank you. Great service. Good hair cut. Why is it that this place never has welcoming staff? When I arrived it was almost like I interrupted this woman's break. I had to question her about what treatments they had and never got a clear answer. Never explained anything. Moving right along to her putting me under the dryer., turns it on and walks away, approx 1 minute later the dryer turns off. Mind you other staff is there is aware this loud dryer is off by now. No one accommodates themself to help out. So she finally walks back and turns it back on, once again turns it on and walks away., now this air is cold, no one around to call out for assistance , she walks back and I tell her this air is cold , she says "no it's not" I said oh yes it is feel my hair it's cold as ice, it's obvious this is not working, she removes it and feels for herself and says "yea it's not working, just sit there for 5 more minutes. Made an appointment for 11am and was early but the two ladies working here were both glacially slow. So started out a bit late which ended up not mattering. Went in here today looking to get my medium length hair dyed ombré. When I asked about the price it was quoted $120 to start. I asked why that was so much higher than the board which says color starts at $55 dollars. I was told that it takes longer. The $55 dollar price is for touch ups and roots! I'm sorry but is this the standard for Supercuts? I'm not expecting salon level service so why charge higher level salon prices? Is $120 for bleach and toner not a major turnoff for others? Just my two cents. Or my zero cents because I couldn't walk out of there fast enough. read more
