I believe the super high ceilings keeps the chemicals and heat away from you. I only got a hair cut but I wasn't bombarded with any toxic or hot air. When she did my shampoo it was nice to look at the pretty tree painted skylight. We talked about possible styles... no too short but still enough to get rid of my horrible split ends. I've been going to cheap places like Supercuts unfortunately. It's a complete 180° experience. Samm is an artist and a true stylist. I let her do her thing and I am absolutely glad I did. I came in a hot mess mom and left feeling so pretty and confident! She even did some loose curling after the blow dry which no one has ever offered and gave my hair that "wow" factor.
