I have naturally dark brunette hair but I wanted blond highlights and brunette lowlights. Makenna did it perfectly. The owner Sheridan is so kind and advised us along the way. The Salon is beautiful and very relaxing. I thought I was in New York getting my hair done! The prices are really reasonable too. I live in Salt Lake but will be driving to Ogden now. The price is half of what I was paying and it's so beautiful. Now I have to find a way to get my hair thicker so it can be extra beautiful! If you have any suggestions of how to do that let me know!

Absolutely Terrible..... I am almost without words how horrible this job was. The level of…read moreinexperience was baffling. I was there for nearly 9 hours....$1200 later and my hair is still dripping with toner. I could have. done a better job with boxed dye myself. I will be informing everyone I come across what a terrible experience this was which will be evidenced at how horrible my hair looks. Apparently beachy blonde hair is supposed to look dark sh*t brown. It actually looked so bad, I was too embarrassed to attend the event I had planned after. Shame on you guys! I will be disputing the charges.

Came here to get extensions done for my birthday. I had messaged them through Instagram to get a…read morequote and tell them what I wanted ($250 and I wanted and ombré) day of my appointment I show up the lady there told me they were not able to do the ombré did not give an explanation on why just said it couldn't be done so I just went for a full black extensions she asked how much o had been quotes I told her $250 the process was 2 hours long and the whole time I was never showed how it was coming out at the end I wanted to touch the hair and I was told not to touch since she would be taking a picture. I was ok with that but again I was not shown the result of the extensions. So I paid and left keep in mind this was my first time getting these types of extensions so I had no clue how much hair was needed or how it was supposed to look so I get home start to feel the hair and notice it is a small amount of hair my natural hair is about and inch above my chin so I text them again letting them know the hair amount is not enough for the length of hair I have (see pics) they respond and say I need 2 to 3 extra bundles of hair and the "promotion" (never told there was a promotion) only covered that amount of hair that was put on. What confuses me the most is as a business owner or employee knowing that I needed extra hair why in the world was I not told or why wasn't I offered to buy more hair (make some more money) you hear of people over selling but this person didn't even try to sale me more hair when I needed it. Their instagram is very deceiving the extensions done on other people with shorter hair than mine came out great but mine was a total disaster wasted my time and money. I DO NOT recommend coming here
