Because of that, I also purchased a gift card for future use. Recently, I tried to check the balance online, but the system requires both the gift card number and a phone number. When I purchased the card in-store, I was never asked to provide a phone number, nor did I give one. I called the salon directly, and they confirmed they can see the balance in their system, yet I was told I still cannot redeem it. That is extremely frustrating. If the funds are visible and valid in the system, there should be a reasonable way to access and use them. There is also no expiration date listed on the card. The salon itself does quality work, and I would have gladly given 5 stars based on service alone, but this issue is unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to accommodate customers and resolve situations fairly. I sincerely hope management takes the time to review this matter and make it right.

I went back online to schedule an appointment with a different stylist and they texted me to request that I arrive 15 minutes early. I said I would be arriving early and asked what the purpose was for the additional 15 minutes. They said it was a consultation, and I asked them so I will be there an hour for my haircut and we are just going to talk for 15 minutes before hand?
