After being a customer for almost a decade ( my first appointment was in 2015/2016) I found a new…read moresalon. Bri the stylist the last few years constantly cancelled and rescheduled appointments, leaving me to book at another location/ with other stylist. I'm tempted to post 2-3 years of texts messages of her cancelling and rescheduling not including all of the phone calls made by the receptionist). This wasn't for family it would be for social events, to extend her vacations or if it wasn't to cancel the actual day, it would be to move my appointment up hours earlier the day of or the day before. I'd say 80- 90% of my appointments were rescheduled/ cancelled over the last 2/3 years. Most recently I had to book with another stylist at the other location (see review) who destroyed my extensions. My new stylist confirmed the incorrect placement and the inability to salvage them. When I complained about what had happened I was told to buy new extensions at my next appointment. These still had at least 6 months of use and are very expensive. I refused to let the stylist who then tried to lie about what happened fix my hair and have me pay for it. If she had taken responsibility for her mistake I would have felt comfortable with her fixing it. I insisted for a refund for the cost of only the cut and move up (not the color, she did a good job on the color) and was met with back lash since "they don't do refunds". They threw in my face the fact I was in the hospital and had to last minute canceled (2 hours before my appointment) as I didn't contact them sooner because I was sick and unable to ( they evens called it a no show). All while failing to see how she cancelled/ rescheduled the majority of our appointments the last 2/3 years for social engagements. I had only last minute cancelled once in about 10 years. And we parted ways. The entire situation was handled unprofessionally and inappropriately. Bri had other wise done an excellent job on my hair over the many years I had gone to see her. I'm happy to say my new salon respects my time and my schedule, is consistent and the quality of my extensions is much better. It was for the best.

This place is not just a hair salon, it's straight up a sanctuary of girlhood. From the second you…read morewalk in, you feel genuinely welcomed. The vibe is warm, stylish, and so thoughtfully done. Every little detail feels intentional and so freaking cute. What really sets Chaos apart is that it's truly full service. Haircuts, color, lashes, massages... you can come in for one thing or make a whole day of it. The head massages are unreal. I always drift off into a tiny piece of heaven and forget the outside world exists for a minute. The quality of service is consistently amazing, and you never feel rushed or overlooked. The receptionist who calls you back is ultra friendly, which immediately sets the tone. I love the color bar setup too. You can sit, work from home, sip your drink, and just exist there comfortably. When the weather's nice, they open the big garage door and it feels airy and fresh (spring is perfect for that... summer can get a little hot but still worth it). I've been coming here on and off for 20 years, but recently started coming regularly and honestly... this feels like home now. Chaos just gets it. The service, the quality, the atmosphere--it all clicks. Highly reccomend if you want more than just a haircut

I wanted more blonde without going fully blonde and she absolutely killed it. My hair looks AMAZING. Meg is a little newer and I absolutely love that she asked for help from a more experienced stylist to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. A little bit of humility goes a long way in my book. You literally walk out feeling like a goddess. Top notch service and top notch talent. They really go above and beyond. Plus, there's puppies. If you're looking for a new salon, GO. Like a lot of people on here, the stylist Marcella did NOT follow my clear directions!!: NEEDED a Faded/Blended cut from a 2 at the base to a 4 on top. BLENDED!!! NOT HARD!! SIMPLE HAIRCUT!!! I mentioned that MULTIPLE times to Marcella because I am a new client and NEEDED her to understand EXACTLY EXACTLY what I need. I EVER SHOWED HER A FUKIN PICTURE FROM MULTIPLE ANGLES OF EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. My hair is MY IDENTITY!!! Gave me a FUKCING butch MMA grunt military cut. NOOOOO!!! I've had other stylists go a little longer just in case and then we can ALWAYS take more off. I don't want to feel like a fukcing jock ass male. Unfortunately, she was in a rush like who gives fukc about this degenerate I have a more important client next getting a more expensive style so f the cheap ass for under $50. She cut a single length on the sides that was too short and did not blend with the top. NOOOOO!!!! It was my mom's birthday too so she fukced that up as well!!! Perhaps the problem is that this studio books appointments in too short of blocks which doesn't leave time for quality and attention. DON'T FUGK WITH MY HAIR IF YOU'RE GOING TO RUSH!!! I am paying OUTSTANDING money for a QUALITY haircut. Do I have to physically fight your next client just to ensure I get the necessary time and day for a good haircut?!?!? It absolutely should not come to that. I'M SO PISSED!! In addition to demanding my money back and filing a dispute on my charges, I am at the precipice of filing a freakin lawsuit for emotional distress. I am dealing with a very recent onset hearing issue and have a VERY IMPORTANT engagement coming up where I want and demand to look FANTASTIC. Now, I feel like complete shit! No way should this be acceptable, ESPECIALLY at a boutique EXPENSIVE hair salon where QUALITY IS DEMANDED!!! The studio policy clearly had her rushed to attend to the next client who was probably more important because she had a more expensive hair job with cut, color, and otherwise. I just had a simple short haircut that should have been easily handled if she had followed my directions but she either didn't care or was otherwise too inattentive to give me the cut that I needed. I had to go back to have somebody else blend it in and was forced to have it cut shorter to blend in the top. Just FOLLOW DIRECTIONS! If the stylist has a concern or unsure, please communicate!!!! This is especially true for new clients like myself. SOOOO PISSED because I thought that if I paid a lot for a supposedly prestigious hair salon, I would get top notch service that I paid for but sadly no. In addition to losing myself as a repeat customer, you lost the business of my family and friends. We are all dealing with a LOT of Stress in our lives. We should be able to go to a hair salon and RELAX!!! Nobody should have to be on pins and needles praying and hoping that they get the exact cut that they describe and showed when paying near top dollar. I pray that the studio takes immediate action to ensure that this never happens to another client.
