Beware of doing business here. I had no complaints about the haircut itself however when I went to pay with a Debit card they still wanted me to pay a service fee. When I challenged them they indicated all cards incur a 3.5% fee. The fact they these establishments charge it on a credit card is bad enough but they are ripping off the consumer when they do so on a debit card because no fee is incurred by them. Kim was my hairdresser. She was very kind, asked what I wanted, how much to take off. She did exactly what I asked. Everyone in Supercuts was friendly, and very professional. Wasn't too bad. The stylist was definitely nice, Teri. I had only gotten a trim/edge-up, and because of that she didn't charge me full price. However, that did benefit in me making her tip more. The 4-Stars is because the place seems dated. Could use a good refresher of decor and whatnot. And although that may not be a big deal to most, it kinda is to me. My daughter went online to try to book an appointment which you cannot you have to physically go in What is the purpose in that making an appointment,when you can't make an appointment for a blow dry on line then to fine out she could just get a little wash but not a blow-dry just To pamper herself they told her she couldn't do that she then gets it thin out but was told we can wash it but you need an appointment to blow dryPeople please stop going inPeople please stop going in thereThey only care about your moneyshe was told at 2:pm that to get it blow dryer you need an appointment. Last time I asked for shampoo and trim. She used a water bottle sprayed my hair wet, trim and out the door in 10 mins. I thought she didn't hear me. This time I asked 3 times for me and granddaughter to get shampoo and cut. Got shampoo this time but in such a hurry didn't do a straight part before cutting. I have never in my 68 years had such a bad haircut. The woman never picked up a pair of scissors. She cut my straight hair using clippers on the ends and was done in less than ten minutes. I should have known better than to go to Supercuts. If you're not a man who doesn't care what your hair looks like, don't go to Supercuts. You definitely get what you pay for. Said multiple times was growing hair didn't want much taken off just shaped up except the back I wanted it off my neck. She pulled my bangs back when she cut them so I couldn't see how much she cut off. Hair was wet when I left so it felt like it was off my neck so I thought I was happy. Got home and realized after it dried she took two inches or more off my bangs, sides are uneven and didn't touch the back- just cleaned up my neck. Way to not listen to your customer at all and do the opposite of what they ask. Twice now in a row a horrible cut from here. Will not be a third. Pay attention to the reviews. All the positive ones are 3-5 years old and anything in last year is one star. Just do it yourself in a mirror if this place is your only option. read more

I was pleased with Supercuts. I stopped in for a quick haircut, and that's just what I got: I walked in, and was immediately seated for my cut. I was taken care of by a friendly stylist named Krystal, and she did a superb job, cutting my hair just as I'd asked. In the end, I got my cut, just to my specifications, and was in and out in fifteen minutes, without issue. If I'm ever again in this neck of the woods and needing a trim, Supercuts will be my go-to. I walked in to this location and the two hair stylists cutting hair, they ignored me as I approached , the counter I waited about 2 minutes and asked what am I supposed to do sit down ? one of the hair cutters saod to me "you can" without making eye contact or directing or checking me in.I walked out . Well, I have been going To this salon for a while now. The first five or six stylists that cut my hair ..moved on. I have had great cuts and some horrible ones. These ladies go to the same schools as most stylists. The difference is these stylists get a very small paycheck and have some benefits, you know like insurance. Like all of us that work they are trying to make a living! With all this said if you want to be pampered go get your $50 haircut. The last two times I have been to this shop ONLY two stylists and it's a Friday ....seriously !! These two were SO over worked!!! Seven or Eight people waiting!! People coming in and turning around leaving!! This is simply POOR management!! They were trying to CUT hair" their job, answer the phones, sign people in!!!! The lady that cut my hair " bless her heart" had her hands full!!! However having to stop 4 times while doing my cut did a awesome job and still smiled . OWNER of this shop you need to be ashamed !
