We wanted two massages, a pedi for him & a blow out for me. After calling around to several places & kind of getting the run around, which I think was partly because of the SpaWish gift card (which it turns out requires the spa to discount their rates as part of the advertisement/agreement) AND because we were from out of town so the chance for repeat business was lower, I called Rejuvenation and spoke with the owner Amanda. She was great! EVEN with me telling her upfront about the gift cards. She told me she should be able to do everything but it would require them to stay a little late & she was fine with that of course, but wanted to check with the other ladies. Well, she called me back a little later & said they could do it all! How about that for customer service?!! They all stayed late just for us! And that just the beginning. Kay who did our massages was awesome! Very friendly and took the time to address any concerns we may have had & gave incredible massages with just the right amount of pressure. Amanda did my hubby's pedicure, which to be honest he was not excited about getting, but I made him anyways. Lets face it, MEN NEED a pedi once in a blue moon- haha. My hubby is very ticklish but he said it was much better than he anticipated. Amanda knew it was his first & took great care of him! Roxanne did my shampoo & blow-out and let me just tell you as a gal with naturally curly hair, which I straighten regularly, I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER. had my hair as straight & shinny as she was able to get it. The locker rooms are fully stocked with towels, robes, toiletries with clean showers, saunas and steam rooms. When you walk out of the locker room to the "relaxation rooms" you really get the full spa experience - with calming music, light snacks, water and tea, comfy seats and magazines. My masseuse, Tiff, listened to what my problem areas were and personalized the massage to make it the best possible for me. Last year I got the Swedish massage and this year I got the hibiscus signature - both were fantastic. The best part is that there is a Groupon available that can be used on most treatments.
