They have heated towels for your neck/head during your shampoo as well. Got a superb haircut/styling from Marie, which is not easy when one has very short hair--clipped on the sides, scissored & tousled on the top. The transition has to be seamless; the angling on the top--esp. with straight hair/no natural wave or curl--for finger-styling has to be expert. Otherwise I'd look like a nursing home patient w. a bad pixie cut or a biker w. Helmet-hair or a dude w. breasts in female clothing w. a Mohawk. Am very happy + shop is clean & cute & welcoming.
