    BEAU HALO RUINED MY HAIR & GASLIGHTED ME! The owner Deana Kale told me the bad hair color job they…read moredid was MY fault--then said: "Maybe you just don't belong here!" #BEAUHALO I WOULDN'T COME HERE AGAIN, EVEN IF IT WERE FREE! Oh wait--that's exactly how they lured me in with a "free complimentary haircut" with color. DO NOT TRUST THIS SALON! Go anywhere but here. They do NOT stand behind their work, they gaslight unhappy customers, and they blame YOU instead of fixing their mistakes. I booked with Sydney (my stylist) and asked for a simple fix: Cover three gray hairs Remove the brassy orange-red tones Keep my beachy blonde look--my hair already had blonde tones. INSTEAD, I WALKED OUT WITH NO BLONDE HAIR--JUST DARK BRUNETTE. And that wasn't even the worst part--it faded into a WORSE brassy orange mess in just a week! At first, I was going to let it go, but by day 10, my hair was even more red-orange than before. So I messaged the salon and spoke directly with the owner, Deanna. Her response? Blame me. Instead of helping, she gave me 10 reasons why it was my fault. WHAT?! Thinking this was a miscommunication, I called Deanna (the owner) because she ghosted me in the DMs. When I finally got her on the phone, she defended everything & then told me: "MAYBE YOU JUST DON'T BELONG HERE!" I was shocked. I just said, "Wow," and hung up. LET ME BE CLEAR: I messaged Deanna in the DMs--she ignored my concerns & blamed me. So I called her--she did the same thing. She claimed I "waited 3 weeks" when I actually messaged on Day 10. (Can she not count?!) I simply wanted my hair fixed, & she REFUSED. But after this, I WANT A FULL REFUND. They don't fix mistakes. They don't stand behind their work. They blame the customer instead of taking accountability. Save yourself the stress and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! WHAT I ASKED FOR vs. WHAT I GOT WHAT I ASKED FOR: A toner to refresh my beachy blonde & remove brass. Keep my blonde highlights visible. Cover three gray hairs near my temple--just a tiny area. WHAT I GOT: Sydney (my stylist) darkened my hair completely. She put toner all over my head to fix the brassiness. She used a shadow base on my hairline, even though I ONLY needed it on three small gray hairs. My blonde highlights were completely gone. She never explained that the "shadow base" would darken my whole hairline and roots. She never warned me about extra charges for blow-drying or curling my hair--they just tacked it on! PROOF THEY USED THE WRONG FORMULA (FROM THEIR OWN RECORDS) When I asked Deanna (the owner) what Sydney used, here's what she told me: 6N & 5N on my roots (aka DARKENING my natural color!) 9N & 8N for my gloss (which made my blonde dull instead of bright!) Translation: They didn't just tone my hair--they darkened it, dulled it, and failed to neutralize the brass. The toner wasn't strong enough to fix the orange/red, and the shadow base they added (WITHOUT TELLING ME!) made my hairline even darker than the rest of my hair. No wonder my hair faded into a BRASSY ORANGE mess within a week. FINAL WARNING: AVOID BEAU HALO AT ALL COSTS This salon does NOT stand behind their work. If they mess up your hair, they will GASLIGHT YOU, IGNORE YOU, & REFUSE TO FIX IT. They'll OVERCHARGE YOU for services you DIDN'T agree to! I have proof in my DMs! I didn't even care about the money--I just wanted my hair FIXED. But after this nightmare, I want a FULL REFUND. Deanna, you have my number. This was unacceptable. I will be disputing the charge because I did not receive the service I was promised. I am sharing my experience so others can be warned before trusting this salon. DO NOT TRUST BEAU HALO! Save yourself the stress and go anywhere but here. FINAL MIC DROP: Hey Deanna! My appointment was on February 7th, and I messaged you on the 17th--that's 10 days, you gaslighter! You wouldn't even take the time to HEAR ME!
