What I didn't expect were the other fees for, toner (has always been included, as my stylist said I had been over processed $35) a back bar treatment (is this shampooing because that's what I received, and should be included $45) and a fee for a dry cut $45 (when I mentioned my hair wasn't even in the front, she cut it a tiny bit more when it was dry ‍). It cost me over double. I really hope this isn't the norm here. But spending almost $400 for partial highlights is not cool.
