horrible service. this place sucks. I can't believe they are still in business. There online system is a mess, communication is very bad.

awful! two horrible cuts. The woman said she had been cutting hair for years. What an absolute hack. I wanted a very simple #3 clipper on the sides and scissor in the top. She absolutely butchered it. Stay Away!!!! read more

I came in on short notice and sat down with Lauren. I've always heard about the hairdressers chair being like a truth elixir and you know I've never experienced the verbal just share-everythingness ... until today. Thank you Lauren for your fastidious attention to detail & the time you spent lightening and toning my hair. I came in and it was exceptionally clean and all I told her in terms of direction is that I wanted to feel really different when I walked out. I showed her one photo and told her I trusted her judgement and for the most part I didn't really look again until the end .. (we agreed on the length vibe together) but I appreciated her professionalism and her kindness and genuine honesty in what looked good (and what the color needed to be) :) spent a little bit of time letting the color lift & we rinsed (& she decided it needed to be toned a little) & I just appreciated everything about this experience and how I feel now. I left so much lighter than I came in and I can't thank you enough. Okay so I changed this to four stars and I'll tell you why... Basically I was happy but I washed my hair and I just didn't vibe with it in the end. I ended up going to another salon (today) and having a balayage done. Lauren was super honest with me that it wasn't her speciality and we just did a standard doom highlight but I felt like my roots were too light and streaky and so anyway that's how I found myself somewhere else getting it redone 1 day later. I don't really fault her ... she was honest. I just idk it wasn't working for me & bc I'm embarrassed I prob would not be back. read more

Quite possibly the worst haircut I have ever gotten. Terrible fade, literal line across my head.

alena did my hair. awesome job. if you have long hair the prices listed are not right. that's for short hair. wish I knew so my cash tip would have been better read more

I told them to line me up and he made it so slanted I decided to tell him to cut nothing off the top so I can hide my hairline

I didn't want to write this but it's been bugging me and I just can't let it go. First things first, I have shoulder length hair, and was charged an extra 10$ for long hair, which whatever. But my hair cut was extremely rushed, as was my blow dry. When she turned me around, my hair was so puffy and bad looking, I went to run my fingers through and literally couldn't because my hair was still damp and had so much product it was greasy. I went home to finish drying it and had to rewash it bc I couldn't style it. Finally styled it and the haircut is so choppy and uneven. I paid 70$ for a wash cut and blow dry and didn't even get a decent haircut. I cried walking out and am crying now, I've never felt more ugly in my life read more

Place can be hit or miss depending on who's available but Vanessa is fantastic. Does a great job, good conversationalist, is very thorough and professional. Men's haircut price is also very reasonable. read more

Its takin me a month to post this cuz i am not sure the people who own it even care, i walked in there and there were children all over the place one lady was spinning a child in their chair, it was very loud and obnoxious and hair cuts are suppose to be relaxed. i was stressed as soon as i sat down and i told the ladie short and tight on the sides over the ear n back, feather on the top sides, trim top. she took the clippers n buzzed it right to the top. i knew it was going to be terrible, when it was over she said she didnt hear me, well then stop and ask me again. she didnt care and she was an awful hairdresser, i of course i wont walk in there again and i hope others dont either. i was trying to find a better place but everything is closed on my off hours, and my hair is still a mess and this was probably six weeks ago. read more

Horrendous experience. I needed to get a cut for my daughter's hair, and it came out like a rat's nest. I called to see if they cut curly hair, which the owner assured me they did. Completely untrue. Then they had to nerve to charge me 37.00$ for her haircut, stating " based on time". Time for what? A bad haircut? I realize this isn't a reputable salon, but as I said I needed her to get a quick hair trim. Even the reputable salons don't charge 37.00 for children's wash and cut. I'm assuming if you have young boys this will suffice, but anyone who has long hair or wants an actual stylist, be aware. Also, the owner Joe was in no way apologetic, and his constant trying to upsell me products and services was obnoxious. When I called to tell him how disappointed I was, he was condescending and dismissive. I called back and still have not gotten a return phone call after 2 weeks. Thoroughly disgusted with this so called "salon", it's owner, and the service provided. read more

Called for appointment to take care of one side of my hair towards front. When it was cut in June the mask must have interfered so one small section was a little longer why the rest of my hair had to be cut is beyond me. Now my hair is seriously short and the back underneath hair at the bottom showing. Small section of long bangs cut don't go behind my ears like she said. It will be at least 5 months before my hair. read more

Talk about too expensive no wonder it was empty so I wash my hair at home because I was gonna do my hair but my hands doesn't allow me to do my hair due to a car accident so mind u my hair doesn't pass my shoulders and was already washed and she wanted to charge me $50.00 for a blow dry yea ok good luck with ur business smh read more

Never had a problem been going here for a while very friendly!! This is the last time I ever go to the person that cut my hair tonight i am appalled at how bad it came out and usually I never have a problem so I don't feel the need to look at it with close details but tonight was a whole different story. How could you even send your customer out looking like this and it's the back of my head if my wife was able to notice it in the dark I'm sure as hell you were able to tell in that salon. read more

I've been to this Supercuts a few times. I've had a few of the stylists and they've all seemed ok. I have very curly hair so it's not like I can tell when they mess up unless it's bad. I did the online check in this time and was there 10 minutes early. They told me it'd be another 20ish minutes so I wandered to Dunkin next door. I came back and was taken almost immediately by a nice woman named Pauline. After realizing she couldn't brush my hair dry, she took me over to wash it. She conditioned it about 3 times and then go to work. She triple checked what I wanted from my haircut and commented that my hair was very uneven. She pulled it down on the sides and it was glaringly obvious. I hadn't noticed because it was curly. I told her the only haircuts I've gotten in the last year were from there, and thanked her for noticing and fixing the problem. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. She took great care to meet my expectations. I just took a star off for the fact that someone there last time didn't make my hair even. read more

I came to Supercuts because my barber was closed on Sundays and I really needed a quick cut but I will never make that mistake again for a place that specializes in men's hair I was extremely disappointed they ruin my haircut for the first day of school they messed up my hairline although I heard they do a decent job for women to if you are a man I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you want to look good The only thing stopping me from giving this place a one star is the fact that the hot towel massage was free and actually pretty good at that but I will never come here again and you shouldn't either read more

This was my third or fourth visit to this Supercuts, and the best cut I have gotten there. The previous cuts were acceptable, but this one is exceptional. The difference was the stylist. This was the first time I had Lisa, and she gave me the best cut I've had in ages. I'll definitely ask for her when I go back. She listened, gave me exactly what I asked for, and I walked out a happy camper. The shop is bright and clean, the staff are all friendly, and even though I'm always a walk-in, I've never had to wait long. And yeah, the price? Can't be beat. read more

I am a 69 year old man, and I have been going to Supercuts for haircuts for a number of years. Even without an appointment, the wait is usually not long. Different barbers do different jobs, and when I find someone who does a good job making me look good, I try to make appointments with her or him. Most barbers do a good job, some a great job. I am getting shaggy around the collar, and will go to my local Supercuts tomorrow. read more

I went to this Supercuts because it was convenient and on the way to our grocery shopping yesterday. 5-6 stylists were working, and they were busy! I checked in online, and I was called not long after the designated time. I had Vanessa, who was very nice and who listened to me well when I explained what I wanted. She did a fantastic haircut and blow dry that I really love! She even recommended a spray to use before blow drying to add volume, after I said how low maintenance I am with products. I am very satisfied and will return again! read more

Horrible service, from the door in. Just assuming what was wanted. We will not be back.

I've had better luck with quality of cuts here than at other Supercuts locations. The inside is clean and the staff are friendly. Amber does a really great job every time. It's located right next to Dunky's, so if the line is to line you can grab a coffee then do some browsing at Old Glory. read more

Usually have excellent service here, but there is one salon manager to look out for. I asked for a regular wash before my cut and she charged me for the "tea tree experience" which involves a more in depth shampoo. Needless to say I was pissed when my bill total came out to be the cost of something you would get at a high end salon, that I did not ask for. I usually have a different stylist who is very fun and trendy who does an excellent job. I just got a rotten apple that one time. She was also very snotty when I asked her about the pricing, so be prepared. I wish I could remember her name. read more

If you need a place to get a haircut, go here. The service is great, and the workers are so kind and polite. I went there today, and the women gave me the hair cut I wanted. She was tall with tan skin, and dark curly hair. (I couldn't remember her name). I would highly recommend this place. read more

I am appalled by what I saw there today. A little boy was getting his hair cut. He was apparently sensitive around his ears and the hair dresser just kept pushing his head to the side to try to cut it. He kept saying no and his mom was no help either. He must have been about 4 or 5. She had no patience with him and finally said I am done this is not happening. At this point the little boy was sobbing. My son was next and he is very sensitive around his ears. She looked at him and said next and he sat there and shook his head. I told her Because of her lack of patience for the boy and disregard to his sensitivity of his ears you are not touching my son. I said I will wait for one of the other 2, but you WILL NOT touch my son. I then turned to the mother and told her the hair dresser did not handle her son very well and that I understood what she was going through. They are really rough cutting my sons hair. This was the last straw. I will NEVER set foot back into this establishment! read more

What a bad haircut. Coming from Europe, where I would expect an especially good treatment, by someone with a lot of experience and even talent given this price range, I was really disappointed. I understand that the prices are not comparable, but the quality of the service was plain miserable. The hairstylists seem to not have any experience at all, with trembling random movements and a strong fascination for doing the entire haircut with the hair clipper. read more

Just there yesterday, service and pricing is great. I always get a great haircut and take advantage of the senior discount. Tiffany was my stylist today and did an excellent job. I'd give them 5 stars except they are short on help and I had a short wait as a walk in. read more

My Daughter went in for hi-lights. Tiffany TRIED her best but was not skilled at all! The bleach started to smoke on my daughters head and I had to notify her as she was cutting another customers hair! It was TOO late, her hair was mush and over processed. Hair started TO BREAK OFF! MY DAUGHTER WAS IN TEARS! AVOID ANY COLORING HERE! read more

Well first off I went to this girl a month ago and asked for caramel Highlights in my dark brown hair and the girl gave me light bleach blonde. She has orange hair and wears glasses.. I went back yesterday after stripping and blonding my hair so it could be completely caramel blonde. I went in earlier in the week to make sure they could do it and they said yes. So I went in yesterday and ended up getting the same girl who did my highlights but I didn't wanna be rude. So I showed her a picture of the caramel orange y blonde and the cut I wanted I told her I needed my hair longer for work but I liked the style she said okay. She colored me hair and while I was sitting there I saw my color was getting dark fastt with no caramel what's so ever. She rinsed me out and I told her it looked dark not blonde and she said when I blow it out it'll be fine. So she cut my hair and chopped it off my hair is way shorter then I originally said.. I can't even put it up now it's that short. She blew dried a little of my hair and I said it's no where near the picture and the girl proceeded to tell me that she wouldn't have been able to get it that color and it's a "whole other process" I was like are you fucking kidding? Why wouldn't you tell me that in the first place I would've left it liht blonde. So now my hair is super short and ash light brown.. I paid all that money for hair I didn't even ask for one bit. Please don't go there they don't listen and don't care. I only go because I can't afford a good salon but now I'm going to because they've screwed up my hair more then once and don't even say anything about it. Terrible experience.. read more
