Both times I came in after 7 PM, but still well before the posted closing time. The first time, I was told they were closing soon even though there was still plenty of time before closing. The second time, I was told they were understaffed and would not be able to cut my daughter's hair, even if I was willing to wait. I completely understand that staffing issues can happen, and I also understand not wanting to take on a service too close to closing. However, if the salon is unable to accommodate haircuts after a certain time, it would be helpful to have that communicated clearly so customers know ahead of time. The actual haircuts have been good, but these experiences have made me hesitant to come back, especially when I'm making the effort to bring my daughter in before the advertised closing time.
