My girl Michelle Figueroa at Suite 25 is where you should go! I had an absolute disastrous ombré from a salon. My hair was orange and there was no flow or movement in my ombré. There was this straight line in my hair, very disgusting. After a few days, I immediately called Michelle to fix it. I made an appointment with her an hour later. She took the time to figure out the damage and told me that salons just want you in and out. She really listened to what I wanted. With her training and experience, she turned my dead and horrible "ombré" to a sexy, natural looking and beautiful hair color. I had an amazing experience with Michelle. I trust her with my hair and I'm sure her other services are exceptional. She really is an amazing hair master! Other than her expertise in hair, she also gave me tips on how to maintain my hair color and how to better take care of it! Suite#25 is where's its at! Michelle Figuera did a fanatic job fixing my mess up. I had dead ends and I had dyed my hair bright red and then dark brown so my hair was just a rainbow of colors. She took the time to listen to me as far as what I wanted for my hair and started working right away. First time coming to a place like this but it was extremely Pleasant and relaxing. Because she handles everyone by appointment only she is always on time for you. I am 46 years old and since 2002 I had the worst hair experiences. Example: So called stylist convinced me a red tone in my hair would look great. Needless to say it was a everything that my hair touched plus it washed itself down the drain.Too many wrong cuts to remember. I am a full-time mom,student,employee. Review of Maria Wright (Looks by Maria) Suite #21: I've been going to Maria for many years and she has consistently performed her magic, both on style and color, year after year. Her styles are always modern and her coloring products are conditioning and beautiful. I always come away with a great haircut and fabulous color. About a year ago, she left the salon she was at for the whole time I had been going to her, to go out on her own. While I liked the salon, I like the new setting even more (at The Beauty Mall) in that it is quiet, private, comfortable and relaxing. Also, her mom works alongside her to assist with washing and she is always very gentle and kind. Maria has great artistic skill, is meticulous, has very good taste, and is extremely warm and patient. She really listens to what a client wants, is great with all ages of customers, and gives input in a straightforward and honest, but always nice and respectful manner. This review is for Lourdes in suite 24. What a blessing!!! I am so happy that I ended up going to Lourdes. She is so sweet and genuine. Of all the hair stylists I've gone to, she is the only one who seemed to actually care about MY hair. I have long black hair that got very thinned out from having too many layers before. She worked with me so that my hair cut made my hair look fuller but still had the length and shape. I knew that my hair couldn't be fixed in one visit so she asked me to come back in 2 months at a time to keep reshaping so that it eventually becomes full while still being able to keep my long hair. She just seemed so genuine about wanting to help fix my hair and I really appreciated it. She also is the first hairstylist that I've gone to where I didn't have to fix my hair as soon as I walked out. Usually I have to redo it but man, she is good! So sweet. Thank you Lourdes!! She just opened her own suite in the Beauty Mall. Maria is a very talented stylist and colorist. I've had an angled bob /also called inverted bob, for a while now, and she cuts it to perfection. I'm constantly stopped on the street and asked where I get my hair done. The times she has done my color and/or highlights complete strangers compliment me and tell me the color is perfect. She is also very warm and caring. If you are in the mood to chat, she chats. If you are not she gives you your space. Very well loved by her clientele. Recently moved to Miramar and came across this place on yelp. I was skeptical at first because it actually looked like store and not a beauty salon. After reading the reviews I decided to call Lourdes (suite #24) which is the most named one on here and I don't regret it at all. I called her and she gave an appointment for next day (saturday). She has an amazing personality and super sweet. She is very professional and she knows what she's doing. She has been in the hair business for a long time. She colored my hair, trimmed it and blow dried it. Prices are super reasonable and affordable. It is like a one to one experience. You don't have waiting time, you don't feel rush or feel they are rushing to get you out of the door and take care of someone else. She took her time, and I end up with a gorgeous black hair. I went to suite 5, Hair by Erica for a relaxer and sew in. So disappointing! It was an all around bad customer service experience. She arrived 30 minutes late to our appointment. She didn't take the time to gauge how the lengths looked as she sewed the hair in. As a result, the hair looked disproportionate on one side. I told her I wasn't happy with it. She made an appointment to fix it for 3 days later. When I arrived on time, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes and then she told me that she was charging to fix her previous work. I thought about it for a minute and just decided to cut my losses. I said thank you and happy new year to which she replied: "whatever." Worst customer service ever. read more

If there was any way I could rate this place 0 stars I would. My sister referred my mother to "BELLA BELIA" in suite number 6 SIX and her experience was horrible. She initially went in for a color treatment and my mother tried to explain the color that she wanted but the entire time Belia seemed to ignore my mom and her requests. Every woman loves her hair and wants to be treated with respect in the sense that their stylist is listening to her wishes. Belia was unprofessional and did not pay any attention to my mothers requests leaving her without brow drying and spending hours on the people before her and 30 minutes on my mother after making her wait for a loooooong time. My mom left the salon with wet hair and without being able to see the finished product once she got home she quickly realized Belia left her hair orange and brassy. My mother returned to the salon hoping for a better experience and was turned away after securing an appointment.She was "too busy" and didn't have time for my mom even though my mom made the commute thinking she had an appointment.For someone, who is trying to have a salon and a professional business this was a very poor attitude and I would not recommend visiting Belia in Suite number 6. read more

The only reason I put one star is bc it wouldn't let me put no stars. I had the worst experience in my 30 years of getting my hair done. The lady at Bella Belia hair boutique has to be one of the most unprofessional "hair stylists" I've ever been to. I went in to get honey highlights on my virgin dark brown hair and left with over bleached, fried blonde hair that was uneven. I scheduled an appointment to have her fix it and 2 hours before my appointment, her "assistant" called me to tell me she was unable to take me as she was overbooked! The unprofessionalism and lack of concern for a client has me beside myself. If you are thinking about going here, I suggest you think again unless you want to have to pay extra to go somewhere else to fix it. Never again will I go to this place. Not sure if they even have licenses and barely understand English! This boutique should be shut down. read more

TERRIBLE TIME MANAGEMENT ON HER PART!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My first and LAST time visiting was today. I went to Susie (forgot the suite #) and I had quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had in a salon! I swear I've had better service in someones kitchen!! My appointment was for 1130 and she didn't even touch my head until 1217 (and that was to barely part and prime my hair for a relaxer). When I walked in, there were 2 women under the dryer, 1 at the sink and 1 in her chair. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt because sometimes people can multi task, PLUS she had an assistant. But unfortunately this was not the case with her. She tried too hard to juggle 3 and 4 clients. I got there a little before 1130 and I wasn't finished and walking out until after 5pm. I got a virgin relaxer, cut and style. She kept trying to imply that it took so long because of the virgin relaxer. I've worn my hair short before. I've gone in to get a relaxer after not having one for over a year and it NEVER took this long. She wasn't very apologetic. Actually she didn't care. I don't understand how she had 3 and 4 people in there WAITING when she uses the style seat app. Maybe she doesn't require everyone to use it or she doesn't factor in the time in between clients. Basically she wasted my ENTIRE DAY for something that should have taken 2-3 hours MAX. She did a good job. Not great. Definitely not worth the 6 hours. It wouldn't allow me to give 0 out of 5 stars but thats my true rating! read more
