The last 2 times, I made appointment on line and I arrived on time. The first time, I was told by the person I picked to do my hair that she was leaving and could not do my hair. Someone else did. The second time, I was told that there were many people waiting (which it was true) and didn't made an attempt for me to stay. They seem rude. Definitely, do not respect the on line appointments. I wanted to like this place because of its proximity to alot of my errands but it is so overpriced. I have a hard time grasping the fact that a bpy's haircut was $25.50 for a medium fade and didn't even come with a wash. On this particular visit, the ladies there were nice (but last time it was a grouchy lady). One thing that bothers me is how on the door they advertise 10% military discount everyday and when I asked about it, they said they don't do it and blame it on a new system (then do the special few of us and just remove that sticker). Hoping to find a new place to bring my son for his haircut because this is just overpriced. We are accustomed to $11-$12 for a child's haircut. I went in for an appointment with Sylvia and when I showed her the picture of the hairstyle I wanted she made a face which told me she wasn't able to do it. So Yardlies came to my rescue and said I love doing fun new hairstyles and let me say. This lady did the most fantastic job. After she was done I sat and had my midlife crisis cry and she fixed n dazzled my hair and sent me on my way. Everywhere I went I had someone say your hair is amazing. Amazing service always, get in, get haircut I need, get out. I came in on June 30, 2023. Checked in online prior, walked right into my hair getting cut. Couldn't physically speak due do a medical issue, wrote out what I needed on a piece of paper. Lisbeth did my haircut, she read my note very carefully, and did an amazing job doing exactly what I wanted with my hair, being very careful. I have been going to there at Doral supercuts for years. Lupe, Yoardelys, Disney, and Sylvia are awesome and the rest of the crew. Lupe and Yoardelys does my blond hair and won't trust anyone else. Prices are great and they are fantastic. I have been to so called 5 star salons and don't get the same results when I go to Supercuts. Loyal and happy customer!! read more

Walked in then had to made an appointment lfor an hour later. Not only did they cut my hair wrong I tried to communicate in English and they still do a bad job. Walked in to get my kids haircut and stood at the desk for 10 minutes and no one would acknowledge me. Finally a stylist from across the room asked me what I wanted. I stated I wanted a haircut and she said that I needed to make an appointment; to grab a card and call. I proceed to call the number on the card assuming it was a service center to schedule a visit. I realized the number a called was the phone in the shop as another stylist walk to the phone I tell her it's me I didn't realize the phone call would come into the shop to schedule . She proceeded to ask me what I wanted and was obviously annoyed. I explained the other stylist asked me to call. After huffing and puffing she told me to go online. I told her I wouldn't have bothered calling if the original stylist advised to go online. Nonetheless, I walked out. Very unpleasant experience. If I could give this place a 0 star I would, I literally came home crying after I saw what she did when I took a look in my car. The lady (Adriana) was nice but did not know what she was doing the entire time. I seriously doubt she knows how to cut layers. She butchered my hair that I grew out for 3 years so I could get multiple layers and she destroyed my hair. I'm so upset. I advise not to go here and spend more money on a real stylist elsewhere. read more

I have been going to the Supercuts in Miami Springs for a long time. The negative reviews are very hard to believe. Were they made up by nearby competitors? I deal w/the public on a daily basis and while most are very nice, others are NEVER happy. Some are rude and nasty to the people who are trying to serve them. We can be thankful every day that we're not married to those types of people! Over the years I've seen small children come in for haircuts. Only a few are misbehaved and (as we all know) that goes back to the parents (no control). Over time, the criminal justice system will have to deal w/many of them. If you go in w/a bad attitude, impatient and mad at the world you will have created your own situation. Most of the negative reviewers don't understand that reservations can be made ahead of time. This would account for the impression that walk-ins go ahead of others. People should familiarize themselves w/the requirement of a shampoo and the option of making a reservation. Elby, a stylist at Miami Springs, has been cutting my hair for a long time. She is always personable and very professional. I'm sure the other stylists are very good but Elby is my favorite. I make a reservation, go in, get my hair shampooed, styled nicely and a few minutes later...I'm out of there. For a few bucks, I've been treated well by a professional. Mike read more

Above average haircut for way below average price. Standard Supercuts store but both hairdressers are excellent at their craft and care about doing a good job. I'll definitely be back. Conveniently located in a large shopping plaza with Publix, Chase, Starbucks and every other store you might need or want something from. Very close to many offices as well. read more
