Always ask for prices up front and check your receipt. A friend and I decided to get a cut and style, and I needed a shampoo. Service was fine, cut, style and shampoo were all fine. But then I went to pay and was told it was $116. I finally grew a brain and asked about the prices and I said they have gone up a lot, (I have been there before for the same service and never paid that much) they said something about "new owners". I still handed them $20 cash for the tip, but fortunately I did noticed on the receipt that they also charged me $29 for a tip for a total of $145! They never mentioned the tip on my card or gave me the final price. I asked for the cash tip back which they very nicely did give back. Flo (Flow) was very detailed oriented, and she proactively did all those little finishing details that you have to ask others to do (trim back of neck, etc). I just got back from this place. Emily did a very nice job last time. I have not had the time to decide whether today was a good haircut yet. What I can say, is she treated me poorly, as if I was nothing more than a piece of crap. I did nothing to provoke this attitude from her!! I will NOT be returning. I am very disappointed in this salon. Had been going here for at least 10 years. I had been trying to get in all week for a color. I checked in today and got almost a two hour wait. Decided to take it anyhow to get my color done. I went to the salon at my assigned time only to be told by milianna they are too busy to do my color. Why was I not called when I checked in FOR COLOR an couple of hours prior ----to tell me not to come? They waited till I walked inside to tell me no they can't take me today. So $15 haircuts are more important than the $70 to $80 I spend there? And why can't a hairdresser do a few haircuts while I have hair dye on my hair? And then they made all these excuses like oh well we've been shorthanded all this week, it was back-to-school time, someone quit and blah blah blah! Someone called in sick etc. what terrible excuses to share with a customer!!! Why wasn't the manager of the salon called to come in to help them?? I had let my hair grow during the pandemic, so any cut was going to be transformative. Chase was outstanding. We spoke briefly before he began his work and he learned exactly what I wanted. I felt very comfortable with him and not at all rushed. He was extremely personable as he cut my hair, both dry and post-shampoo to accomplish what needed to be done. 12-24-20 called at 3:30 to ask the current wait time, they said there wasn't a wait and they would be open until 4. I only live a couple minutes away so I got in my car and was there at 3:40. When I walked in there was a guy sitting in a stylist chair on his phone and an older Hispanic lady at her station. They both just stared at me. I asked them if they were open because they weren't welcoming me in.... they just said "well we are closing." So I walked out. Came in for a typical trim, just the ends and touch up the layers. The lady who cut my hair was very rude at the beginning and short with her words. She didn't talk to me the entire time I was in her chair. I was in and out in 10 minutes and my hair looks terrible. My layers are so uneven and incredibly choppy. [UPDATED] I went back in the next day to have the manager fix my hair.. she was very understanding and explained to me what she assumed the stylist was trying to do. read more

I have taken my son to this salon for many years. NO MORE. There is new staff who were unprofessional and argumentative. The atmosphere was very unfriendly and had a negative vibe. It has really gone down hill in the past year. We will NOT be returning, and I can no longer recommend it to anyone. After wasting 45 minutes at Supercuts, we went to Great Clips and were welcomed and helped immediately, very warm and friendly atmosphere. My son was in and out in about 20 minutes. I came here in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday, there was only one guy ahead of me, and I still had to wait 20 minutes for a haircut. The prices are a little high for such a basic haircut as mine. I'll go to Great Clips next time, they have better prices and faster service. I'm not looking for a super fancy hair cutting experience. I value speed and price. Super Cuts should be the place to get a fast haircut at a cheap price, but neither of those things were as good as I would have expected. read more

We went in on a Saturday afternoon to get my haircut and my three-year-old daughters haircut. We checked in and they weren't busy so they took us back and the lady told me that my daughter could not sit on my lap while my hair was cut nor could she sit on my lap to get her haircut. I have three children and I've taken them to get their haircut several times and this is the first time I've ever been told that it wasn't allowed or possible. Took my little niece in for a trim, a couple inches off the bottom.. Greeted fast, waited about 20 minutes.. Girl named Kasey was nice enough, took about 10 minutes.. They clearly have a sign 20% off all products with service. I purchased 3 products total about $50.00. Kasey rang us up, I tipped her and we left. Before getting in the car, I checked the receipt to see if I got my discount, which I did but she charged me for a JR haircut $14.50 and a Regular haircut $16.50. Total was $69.00 I went back in and showed her the receipt, I said I believe you charged me for 2 haircuts. She showed the receipt to the other Person Sandra, they both mumbled something and reluctantly refunded the purchase then she took the products and re rang the entire order. I checked the receipt wondering why the price was still to high, this time she did not give me te 20 % discount about $10.00. When I told her she forgot the discount she said, " oh that is not in effect right now, I only gave it to you before because you asked " REALLY ! Do these girls working on commission ? Over charging customers.. I insisted that the Sign clearly reads 20% off all product with service. And she refunded the order once again, this time I only paid for the Hair Cut $14.50 cash and kept the tip. She tried to guilt me int buying the products, I told her I could get Paul Mitchell anywhere. I will not be returning any time soon. We started out so good, and planned on using this salon since it is so close to our home. Now I am all for a good deal. I know a place like this is where you go if you are not expecting much other than something simple, and that is just what I was lookin for. As I am getting older my hair is not as thick as it use to be and being a guy just wanted something simple. I ended up with the worst haircut I have had in a long time. I did not get the name of the girl but she had tattoos all over her arm. My first thought was that she was really cool. (not so much) I thought it would be pretty hard to mess my hair up being so thin and all. She found a way. It was like my hair had amnesia it did not remember how to lay down. It stuck up here and there and I thought I had a part somewhere but it was gone now. There was nothing I could do except wait for it to grow out. Thank goodness were are living in a time where iduividuality in hair style is in so, I just went for what was called the onion look. However there is an African American woman who works there who once cut my hair and she is really, really good. I went into this salon to get a cut and and I had a picture to show for the front, back and sides. I do not even know the lady's name who cut my hair, but what I do know is that she was rude and didn't care about what she was doing. Barely uttered a word the entire time. I had 3 pictures to show her so that she could clearly see what I wanted. She glanced at them and didn't say a word. I asked her if she wanted me to leave them up on my phone so that she could refer to them and she said, "No, I got it!". I said ok thinking maybe she was a seasoned cosmetologist and really did "have it". Boy was I wrong!! She didn't cut my hair anything like the pictures. I looked at my hair and commented that it wasn't like the pictures. She didn't say a word! Not I'm sorry, explain what you do not like about it, kiss my a$$ or anything. She didn't utter a single word. My hair is messed up!! It looks awful!! Even my husband said to me when I got home, "What did they do to your hair?". He never notices when my hair gets a bad cut.
