Been coming here for 27 years. The "wait list" call in has been a huge success, however now once you add your name to the automated list you receive no less than 7-10 reminders via text and email in a 24 hour period leading up to when you walk in. I have sat in the waiting list with reminder texts being sent. Supercuts corporate wins the over reminder reward. I have scheduled surgery, dental/doctor, even Southwest day of flight info and car service appointments and never receive this over abundance reminders. My favorite is the reminder just after you make the wait list appointment and my next favorite is the 7am reminder text, day of, and 6 hours prior to the appointment with continued emails and texts leading up to the wait list time. As for employees and this business, they are awesome and provide excellent services!!! **This is a corporate issue and not the local business issue. read more

Came in as a walk in, they looked busy so we offered to make an appt and come back. We were told it wouldn't be long. 30 minutes later see the walk in that was after us get helped. So after 45 minutes we walked out. So frustrating when we offered to make an appointment and return, then get skipped. read more

I have been to this location many times and have found it to be very hit and miss, both in cut and service. Today was really it for me. I called and made an appointment and went to the shop. When I arrived 5 minutes early I was asked to wait as my appointment time had passed by quite some time as I waited. When I asked if I would be seen soon the employee was rude. Somehow asking if you will be seen soon when it's Well past your appointment time is rude according to the employee. 1. Don't make appointments you can't keep. 2. If you are running behind then communicate. When you fail don't try to make it the clients fault. That's just going to put you out of a job at some point. read more

Are you you kidding me? My husband goes here ALL the time and there is ALWAYS something wrong with the haircuts! He is charged 17 fuc**ng dollars. And for what? This? A "trained" "professional" to f*ck up his hair? This is unacceptable and hopefully EMBARRASSING for whoever the f*ck cut my mans hair!!! The chick cut up wayy too high and obviously, very crooked and I can't believe she didn't even see or one over before she even let him leave. Stylist did not secure my long hair and accidentally shaved my long hair in the front of my head AND SHE DID NOT EVEN NOTICE!!! I had first made an online appt at great clips next to Raleys on Lower Sac because Supercuts had no available appointments. I arrived a "not so "great clips and used their online check in. It said I had a 10 minute wait. It then went to 15 minutes and 5 minutes later told me I had a 30 minute wait I finally gave up and made an appoint at Supercuts near Target the next day. I wish I remembered the woman's name who cut my hair. But she was great. I let her know I had just had open heart quadruple bypass surgery 6 weeks earlier and it was difficult for me to sit it one position for any length of time. She ensured I was comfortable the whole time and probably gave me the best hair cut I've had in years. She was so kind , gentle and adjusted to my unique needs I tipped her 100%. read more

I've been in this location twice. The first time I got my eyebrows waxed. I went back and was explaining to her what I wanted. I said "I like the pointed arch they have now. I don't want them flat and round, just cleaned up." When she finished and showed me I was so disappointed. She made them so thin and so round. I lost the arch I said I liked. It's been about a month and I'm still waiting for them to grow back in. Last week I was having a bad hair, and had a party planned for the evening. So I went in and asked how much it would be to wash my hair and do a blowout. They quoted me $45. My hair isn't too long, and all they're doing is washing and blow drying. So I went to another supercuts location. There they washed, blowdried, and curled my hair for $28. read more

Just wanted to take a minute and thank the staff at Super cuts for their patience and understanding. My 7yr old son is autistic and VERY anxious about haircuts. He screams cries and just hates it. We came in today and attempted a cut. He wasnt having it but the staff was patient and kind and allowed my son to sit and wait and acclimate. We ended up coming back in in the evening and he finally allowed Hailey to cut his hair! After having my head shaved bald (over 50% of the normally hair-growing surface), by someone who misunderstood me at a fancy-pants salon, I let my hair grow out for some time. Fast forward to a summer in Paris, where I was introduced to Cynthia McGeorge through a mutual friend.
