I made an appointment and checked in online then got there 15 minutes early. Blonde lady was at the register when I got to front door over an hour before closing and the walk in sign was out but door was locked. She then seemed to make the phone line unavailable. I'm trying to open the locked door which was making noise and she looked up and rushed away from the front desk. Apparently they are closing early today but didn't bother to change their online bookings. But come on open the door and apologize. Yet there were other people in the walk in waiting area and I was checked in for an appt already. Called and phone line busy and all staff ignoring the front door. Not cool! Bad customer service. Super Unprofessional behavior. This is also my first chance I have to come in in months bcz some of us women work also. read more

Good place for a haircut in Indialantic This is one of the over 2000 Supercut locations in the United States. This is located along the north side of Eau Gallie in a small group of stores that face away from the main road. There is plenty of parking in front of the store. You can make an appointment by calling or walk-ins. I walked in and they took my name, asked me if I already had an appointment, and put me on the waiting list. I recommend that if you are going to visit that calling for an appointment first is a great idea as they have priority over the walk-ins. The layout of the store is open and you can see the entire store from any seat. There were 3 barbers/stylists working when I visited and they were all occupied. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for an opening. The stylist was friendly and professional. She inquired about how I wanted my haircut and then proceeded to do a great job of trimming it just like I wanted it done. Throughout the haircut, she kept using the hairdryer to keep the cuttings out of my eyes, and at the end of the cut, she used a steaming hot towel for cleaning the cut areas. The price was $20 for a haircut (without the tip). Prices for hairstyle, shampoo, and coloring are, obviously, higher. Horrible process for honoring reservations made well in advance. Many of us are working men who can't sit around for hours in a "salon". My hair takes 5 minutes to cut and I need to be able to book a time and get it cut. Yet multiple times I arrive and women are in all the chairs while 2-3 men sit backed up an hour already with appointments. That was my last mistake visit will never go back. read more

Very good experience here, but you have to take into consideration I am a simple man with a mostly simple haircut. I called to make an appointment and they were booked up for the day due to the virus situation. But then I was told hang on a second, while they check to see if they can squeeze me in. And they did for 2 PM. Because of the aforementioned situation it has been a long time since I have had proper attention given to my hair, So it was quite a mess, being a very curly headed kind of guy. The gray was really coming in, I do YouTube videos so I like to do a gray blend about once a month. Angel was well, an angel. She paid close attention to what I wanted, and asked questions to make sure she understood. Pretty basic, number five on the back and sides scissor the top and blend, leave some length on top as this older guy is starting to get a little thin. Afterwards, gray blend color, medium natural. I asked her not to leave it in longer than about a minute and a half so it will look more natural, no worries, we got this. Very pleasant conversation, had a good time, good laughs. I was disappointed in the quality of the cut I received today. Mandy was friendly enough, gentle enough and pleasant enough but the haircut was subpar. When I got home and looked at my dry hair, I noticed the cut in the back looked like sharks teeth. Long stragglers on the bottom and really nothing on the sides. I appreciate the fact that dark hair on the black cape may make it difficult to assess the precision of a cut but...I have had a lifetime of hair cuts with great results using the same colored cape. Overall the staff is good. It's just in very poor taste when you make a reservation, you arrive on time, and your told you'll have to wait a half hour to get your hair cut. What's the point of making an appointment if you don't intend on keeping it? read more

My son grew his hair out for three months so he could get the style of his choice- long and floppy on top and cleaned up and short around the sides and back. I explained to Connie what we wanted, and that he liked it over his forehead. She assured us that she understood. Then I watched as with the first snip of her sheets she took a good two + inches off of his bangs. He ended up leaving looking just like every other haircut that we saw there that day. Sorry but that is the only complaint I've ever had about any hair shop- is when you tell them what you want and they do the same old haircut anyway. when i moved her 3 yrs ago i needed a new hairdresser. thought i would try super cuts and never left. brook cuts my hair which is curly in a great way. always looks good and lasts 4 weeks (i like it short) the warm towels are a perk after the cut is finished. recommend them and brook highly. read more
