The sew in looks great and she did a wonderful job but it was absolutely not worth the amount of time I had to sit in a chair, and the fact that she wasn't honest with the time was frustrating. She's a sweet girl and I'm sure she's great at other styles but speed isn't her strong suit. Here's another kicker! After 6 gruesome hours she then proceeded to say "You can come back after your trip to get it redone." Me: "What?" Her: "Just to get the weave redone." Me: "Is there something wrong with the hair?" Her: "No I just don't like the way I did it." She's telling me to come back next week to get it taken out and put back in because she didn't do it to her liking :D Unfortunately this experienced was not to my liking and I will not be back.

She styled and used this vegan product she wants to sign you up for that auto ships and charges your credit card without approval. She tells me Redkin or Joico are not good products and I need to pay for membership for her products. I said I would look into it but I need to read up on it. The customer reviews are horrible for ROM the link she sent me. People complain in bed after using it for awhile their hair fell out. I think I will stick with Redkin and Joico. I called her about the uncut pieces everywhere. She says show pictures and told me not to come back because I didn't buy her products and she will not refund the $60.00 for haircut and shampoo and will not fix it. Very rude. I am retiree on a fixed income and take care of others. I now have to spend more money to fix the horrible cut she gave me. My friend came over to trim up some of it but there is too many. Don't go there not an ethical hairdresser. If she refunded me or fixed it I would not complain but I am left with issues. Find anyplace Hair Cuttery would be better choice. She brags about New York trained she went twice 4 day training and 2 day training never worked in New York but was trained under Redkin but thinks they have bad hair care products. This isnt a cheap place but the proffesionalism and care they provide it is worth the money. It also doesnt help they offer 20% discount for military. The location is a little hidden away. I wouldnt have found this place if i wasnt look for it. But i imagine if it was easy to find they would be insanely busy and thus not giving their clients the attention they want to give.

I'm not hard to please by any means. Sadly I'm finding too my salons with poorly taught hair cutting and coloring stylists. I understand that Florida no longer requires a real person type cosmetology licensing exam with highly experienced cutting and coloring experts serving as judges who can physically watch them through the hair cutting and coloring processes. There are no required internships where the best learning after classroom instruction really takes place. The exam is now a computer generated test and its turning out very poor cosmetologists. I had such a mess two stylists ago that I had to go north to get it fixed. When it happened this time I was lucky enough to see Pat's advertisement. She stated she can work to fix any bad haircut. I decided to call and give it a try before heading out of this area once again. I'm truly pleased with what she was able to do and the path she has mapped out to get me back to where I want my hair style to be. The best part....it looked really great the next day after her haircut too! Another words it didn't look like I just had a haircut. It looked soft, smooth and has very naturally moving lines.
