Went in for a simple haircut and left happy. The salon itself was bright and tidy -- floors swept between clients, stations wiped down, and smelled fresh. Lola was efficient without ever feeling rushed. She listened to exactly what I wanted, confirmed the length and style before starting, and worked with steady, confident hands. The whole cut took about 15 minutes, and I am a happy customer. read more

I've been taking my son to Supercuts for a while now; they always do a good job, but today, I'd like to call out Lola for doing a WONDERFUL job with him. This is the first time I've ever seen him relax with someone doing his hair; he was able to talk with her comfortably. (This is actually a big deal, lol.) Not only did she do a great job on his hair, but she made what is usually a trial for him so much more comfortable. Thank you so much! read more

Lola was amazing and got me looking spiffy for my trip to London! Best haircut I've had in years 10/10

Melanie did a great job on my sons cut today! Def will be back. Quick & easy scheduling process as well.

Lola did amazing, and took her time to do exactly what I asked for and she gave me recommendations based on what would look better with my hair while still following the look I wanted! read more

I am very pleased with my haircut from Tenille. She was lovely and comfortable to talk to as we're the other ladies there. I've had my haircut for a while now and I couldn't be happier! Price is great too. Hair cuts can be really expensive these days, so I was glad to have a good experience here. I'll most likely be back. read more

I used to trust this location until recently. Naider was my stylist, when she asked how much I wanted to cut I point to my armpit area and said I want it this short. She even had the unprofessionalism to say to me "why do you want to cut your hair it's so beautiful as it is now" She makes a big cut to shoulder length and keeps cutting shorter until almost bob length, near my mouth, under the excuse of "it's not even I need to make sure it's even on all sides" she kept saying that and kept cutting. When she finished she even said "this is so beautiful and the perfect length" when I visibly looked upset and had tears in my eyes. I left the salon sobbing. Hair stylists should honor what the clients want not what they want. Also- I have very curly hair and it was clear Naider did not know how to properly cut curly hair. She brushed it straight then cut it. Making the bad haircut she gave me even shorter than she wanted. read more

I went in to get a previous (from another place) botched haircut fixed and Ms.Tennille came through. Tennille took her time to give me a consultation and kept me in the loop of how my haircut was going by taking pictures at each step and making sure I was comfortable with how she was cutting it. She took into consideration everything I initially wanted from my haircut. I appreciate her taking her time and fixing a miracle that I thought I was going to have to chop short. read more

Went to Supercuts on Oak Forest location in Houston. Mary was great and made my hair happy. Hair was trimmed and color came out perfect. Great service and staff was all friendly and helpful. read more

just got my hair cut today by Tennille. I'm a DIY naturalista who needed a good trim to restart my healthy hair journey. I read the reviews on Yelp and saw that she was the one. She was very professional, talked to me about my hair porosity and what I needed to do to retain length and health. She now has a repeat customer. I will be coming back to get my trims. Thank you! Tip* If you are natural, blow out on your hair before coming in to get a trim. read more

Tennille was very friendly as I told her what I wanted for my look. While we talked, I was a bit nervous, but boy did she deliver, and I have never been happier with my haircut, so overall, for cleanliness, vibes, quality of haircut, and pricing, I would say 10/10. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Came in today for a haircut; asked for a bob and even showed a picture of the haircut I wanted. Walked out with a horrible pixie haircut. I even told the woman cutting my hair that she's cutting too much, but she just said no, it's fine and kept cutting my hair. I have super fine hair a pixie haircut is not a hairstyle I can do anything to give volume to my hair. Horrible horrible horrible experience. I will never return nor recommend this place to anyone read more

Love Tenille's pixie cut! She really takes her time with me and is very pleasant. read more

Hair went from bleh to thanks to tennile, this is my second time coming to this location. And have had good experiences.

I have been getting my hair cut by Tennille for years now and she never disappoints. As someone with natural/curly hair I am very particular about who cuts my hair and she does a great job every time. She is very knowledgeable and has taught me about my porosity, healthy hair habits, and how the best way to get a hair cut is in its blown out state (which is something I was not doing before). She also is not scissor happy which is something I really appreciate. 10/10 recommend :) read more

I always make an appointment with Hannah as she is great. Always gets me in on time and always a perfect haircut.

Good place to get a decent haircut for a reasonable price. Tennille is very professional and very good with haircuts and colours. I got a lovely cut with choppy long layers and am pretty happy with the outcome. Will book myself a colour appointment with Tennille soon. read more

Love my haircut!! Great service...the hot towel feels amazing!! Ask for Blanca...she'll make you look and feel fabulous!! And she does awesome color and highlights too!! read more

I took my daughter for a hair cut today and Tennille did an amazing job! My daughter does not like to sit still and Tennille was very patient and made her feel comfortable. Will definitely come back to see her. Great job! read more

I woke up today frustrated with my super long hair and I wanted somewhere I could go without an appointment. I checked the reviews online, so drove a little further to this SuperCuts and I'm glad I did. Tennille lived up to her online reviews. She was so attentive and understood what I was asking for, even though I forgot to take a picture in with me. I feel like she took years off my age by providing me with a beautiful cut I can style easily at home. She also gave me great advice on hair health. My hair is so much easier to style and work with. I have very curly, frizzy, fine hair, but a ton of it. My new style lets me keep it natural, or wear it straight. I have paid a lot more for a lot less talent behind the scissors. I'm so glad I found this location and Tennille. read more

I get my haircut here every week or two by Brittanie. She does a great job, I've never left the store disappointed. She is nice and respectful. I know most of the staff are actually pretty nice as well. I've had a few others cut my hair previously and they are good as well. read more

Tannill did a great job on my hair once again and always has me laughing! Always enjoy my time here and it's nice and quiet which I like as well. I also didn't wait long and it felt very personalized. read more

I must say...I always have THE BEST experience with Daisy at the Vintage location. Not only is she funny and always has a warm greeting, she is personable, friendly and she is ALWAYS consistent with her craft. She is the best, snd she also gives me great hair tips. She doesn't just cut hair, she goes the extra mile to ensure haircare. This puts her in a league above the rest! Love me some Daisy!! She ROCKS!! -Tammy M. read more

I just got my haircut this morning with Tenile! She gave me a wonderful cut and a plan to help me get back my curls!! She is so nice and such a talented stylist. Thank you!! read more

Great service and best haircut ive had in years. Will be returning for all future haircuts.

If I could rate a certain person here no stars I would. My husband brought my son here to have his hair cut and instead it was butchered. I had to end up taking him to another haircut place where the lady asked me if he had cut his hair himself. Will never again take him back here. Good thing is hair grows back. read more

I recently came here to give my daughter a haircut. One word HORRIBLE SERVICE!! First of all it took forever to get in. They were taking their sweet time. Talking to each other walking around doing nothing when they customers waiting! Than an hour later I got in, I told her to cut 2 inches off my daughter's hair to be even. Her hair was long to her butt and I just wanted her hair to be trimmed and even . Instead she cuts off 6 inches after I clearly said 2 inches!! Than the hairstylist said sorry and said "well at least her dead ends and dryness is off". Wtf? She didn't even ask me if it is okay. Now her hair is short and STILL uneven! I was decent enough to pay and tip her and walk out without making a scene. I had to take my daughter somewhere else 3 days later so they can fix her hair. This place hired some horrible stylists. I literally cried for my daughter's long beautiful hair read more

Great experience!! Kelly was wonderful she does an awesome job!! The Supercuts app is very helpful too. Highly recommend this place I'm one happy girl with my new hair! read more

I have been getting my hair cut by Brittanie for over a year and she has consistently delivered the best haircuts I've ever had. I've also taken her advice and have switched from using a greasy pomade to hydrocream and leave in conditioner which has my hair looking and feeling better than ever--I get a handful of compliments every time she cuts it--Thanks Brittanie!!! read more

Extremely slow service. I left after waiting for about 45 mins. The reason I waited that long is because I was 4th in line and there were two people working. I get it that they want to be nice and talk to customers about their day/lives but they need to chat less and work faster. When it was finally my turn, the stylist disappeared to the back. I waited for like ten minutes to see when she would return, but I decided to leave because I was very frustrated at this point. read more

I don't understand these guys and their bad reviews, everyone is sweet and Bibi always cuts my hair like i want it! Definitely recommend checking her out, i refuse to go anywhere else! read more

Stay away!! I usually use Supercuts and it does the job for me but my experience there was terrible. My haircut was uneven and many people noticed it later. I even had a "hole" in my hair... In addition, the hair dresser was smelling like cigarette, her breath was terrible.. I think I will stay away from Supercuts for a while now! read more

Worst haircut I have gotten in my life. I showed the stylist the picture of the haircut I wanted and she nearly glanced at it. I asked for an angled bob with blunt bangs. Instead I got really short hair in the back that wasn't even. On side had more hair than the other and the bangs were completely wrong and long. I don't know if women's haircuts are her thing but it was a really bad job. Now I have to wait probably 3 to 4 months to get this fix because I went to another hair salon right after this haircut and the stylist told me there wasn't much he could do. He said that the haircut was sloppy and unprofessional. He couldn't believe that who ever cut my hair thought they did a good job. I am truly disappointed and will not be returning to this location. read more

I am positively a customer. I was there on Tuesday evening on May 10th. I called in advance and requested a female haircut and shampoo. I came in and then a man came in after me. They took the man ahead of me. I also had a bad haircut that will take two months to get back to the length I asked for. In addition, the owners send me nasty messages and fought to have my negative review removed. It makes me wonder how many negative reviews they actually have. Prior to Yelp removing this they should ask me for my receipt and I will show them. read more

I usually get Sara and she knows how to do a great job. But the best part is they are laid back there.I have taken my 2 yr old and they have no problem with it. Way to go supercuts, you earned my business. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. I would only come for David as I liked the way only HE would cut my hair. Cannot BELIEVE Supercuts would let SUCH TALENT go. Maybe if you had better service I would have stayed. Oh wait, I'm lying! The service here was HORRIBLE. It took FOREVER to get into the salon. Only David made the wait worth it. I was here for David, Goodbye. read more

This is a great place and it's close to my home, I have never had to wait long for service. Shalan is the only stylist I go to and I am very happy with my haircut, she listens to you and doesn't rush to get you out the door. I can't ask for any more than that. read more

I have been a customer at this super cuts for the past year and I love my stylist Jasmine. Today I went in and asked for her because I didn't see her. I happen to say if she's not, is the other stylist that looks really, really young here because I couldn't remember her name. The lady behind the counter became very rude and disrespectful saying, well that was offensive! I was confused at first but then she continued on saying, I'm young too so that's offensive! I just said, well the girl I'm talking about looks about 12 and you don't sorry, about then Jasmine came walking in so the conversation was over. I did get the chance to ask her name and what position she held, I was very shocked to find out that she was the store Manager and her is Felicia. I couldn't believe that with her title that she would treat a customer with such disrespect. If it were not for Jasmine, I would never return to this store. I do give Jasmine five stars!!!!!!!! read more
