We went to this location as we've been for last year or so for hair cut of two kids. We had two contrasting experiences and temperaments from two individuals who helped us today. April was cutting my six year old's hair and to begin with was downright rude to my wife. My wife briefed her on how to cut his hair. When she was done and my wife checked his hair, they were crooked from the front. April said "that's how his hair are". Are you kidding me? If you are going to come up with a cop out, make it a good one. Even an idiot can tell when hair line is not straight. When my wife asked her to correct them, she said the same thing and moved on to the next one. My wife told me this when we got home as if she had told me earlier, I wouldn't have tipped her. DON'T Have your hair cut by April. If you can't be polite with others, you don't deserve anything. read more

I came in for a haircut and they botched it horribly. She was so nice and pleasant, but the cut was horrendous. I come back in to get it fixed and they want to charge me again for a haircut. I know this is a chain and cuts aren't the greatest, but even the hairstylist that fixed it said it was horrible. The lady that did my hair was rude and butchered my hair. I have (had) the back shaved up into a triangular point and had her trim it up. She shaved over the lines and kept going. I can't even fix it, because you can't regrow hair immediately. It's all kinds of jagged. She also didn't want to wash my hair before cutting the rest of it because there was a line. How is that my fault? I'm so upset about this. I'll call the manager, but I might file a complaint with corporate and or the BBB. I have to walk around with horrible hair. After decades of using pricey hair salons, I decided to try a simple trim at a budget friendly salon. I've now used this location three times, always as a walk-in. Each time the facility was clean and run efficiently by the staff. Check-in is kiosk based and you can choose the first available stylist or your favorite. I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. The first time I just got a trim and it was fast and inexpensive. The second two times I visited I asked for actual hair styles and got exactly what I wanted both times. I'm always shocked at the low price at check-out. Visited Supercuts for first time today. Mia was fantastic. Nice graded cut and took extra time to preview and explain the steps.

Went in for a trim and ended up with a butchered hair cut. The lady cut only one side of my sideburns and ignored my parts. I have a middle section she cut into and made the sides of the middle section uneven. She created a part and swooped the hair to one side of my head, that's how she cut the hair. She also left the middle section uneven. None of the hair is the same length. She went past the length I told her to cut. I would not recommend this place at all read more

Took my son to get a fade on the side and trim on top. Turned out to be the most uneven haircut ever (see pics). Kyla was the person who cut his hair and did an average job on the fade. The top was extremely uneven with varying lengths all over the place. I had to get my longest clippers and just shave his head as it was so bad. I will never go back here and would not recommend to anyone. read more

II have visited this business 3 times since moving to Texas in August 2017, each with a different hair cutter. The first hair cutter seemed to lack experience, so I cut her some slack. The second hair cutter did an excellent job. The third hair cutter either did not have basic skills or did not care about her workmanship. She focused entirely on upselling. Walked in to try and get my ends trimmed, the bigger woman (didn't catch her name) asked if I had extensions I said yes, she immediately said I'm not cutting it I wont be responsible for it. I was told I should of told her I had extensions in my hair over the phone and she would of told me she wouldn't cut it as if I were at fault for not knowing they don't cut extensions. I generally have a good experience here, but after today, I am not sure I can return. One of the stylists refused to cut my daughter's hair, and treated her as if she has a contagious disease, after seeing her dry scalp. Then, as my daughter cried and I said we could go somewhere where they would actually cut her hair, the stylist told her to not feel bad, she turns away a lot of people during the day. One of the co-workers who had previously cut my daughter's hair was visibly upset and apologized. The latter is the only reason they got 3 stars. read more

Stopped in to get my bangs trimmed because they grow fast and I was on my way out of town, no time to see my regular girl. I have no idea this girls' name but she was tall and blonde with medium length hair. I told her what I wanted, asked her to take them up half an inch, explained that I do not wear them super straight but like to be able to bend them a bit. They had finally grown out to be heavy the way I like. I have thinning hair and this took a long time. She immediately cut the length half an inch and layered them so quick that I did not even realize what she had done until it was too late. I asked her if she had layered them and her response was, " I point cut them". I looked like I had little daggers across my forehead. By far the worst cut I have ever had. Who layers bangs without asking, especially when you walk in with heavy bangs??? It would have taken 2 seconds to ask me. They were so bad I asked her if she could cut them a tiny bit to take that point off and make them appear heavier. Of course that made them shorter, I look terrible with short bangs. Not the way I wanted to start our trip out of town off at all. I was so embarrassed and still am. I will never step foot in this place again. There was absolutely no apology, she didn't seem in the least bit worried about it. It is 3 weeks later and the unevenness is a joke when you hold them up. I have no idea how long this layering will take to grow out. I'll see my regular girl this weekend and I will have her fix them the best she can. read more
