Great haircut from Ash! Was nervous about getting layers but she did an amazing job I love going to see her !!

Ok I wouldn't normally do this but this is so frustrating that I needed to write this. I have been going to Supercuts for three years. I had been going to a specific stylist however they either were off or don't work here anymore. I went to Joseph at this location because I thought hey I can trust someone else to cut my hair. Everyone here seemed really friendly especially Joseph. I go and sit down and tell him exactly what I want him to do. He insists that he knows what he's doing as I always explain to any stylist I have exactly what I want done for my hair. Well he starts clipping to the point he buzzed my entirely too short. So now I ask you what are you gonna do for me? I would love free hair products as I explained thoroughly what I want. read more

Don't let this person cut your hair, he is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. If you do not know how to deal with the public and can not control yourself look for a new line of work, I will be reaching out to management and corporate you do not raise your voice at a customer especially one that didn't raise their voice to you, you are lucky I was with my children and I have class and restraint. read more

Supercuts - Horrible barber ! - Hair Salons Near Me - FRESNO, California

I usually use Supercuts for my 3 girls because they don't want anything crazy and for 3 haircuts the price point is great. Today I went in for myself. My mom was a hairdresser so I usually go to her but I'm in a time crunch and took a chance on asking for layers First off, you can make an appt super easily online. No account to make, you just put your name and phone number-that's it! Today I made an appt at 3:30 for 4:20 and it was the only available slot left so the sooner you book the better. Ash was the only worker there but she greeted me right away while finishing up her current client. She was super friendly, very easy going, and talkative without interrupting her work. She did exactly what I asked for(getting rid of bulk and adding layers with a reference picture). She was so pleasant and sweet that she really put me at ease. The only reason I knocked a star off is because the slots seem to give the stylists 20 minutes per client-which seems really stressful on the worker and probably not so great for the client if they want anything drastic. Supercuts should give a little more consideration to both parties and allow for longer time slots. I get that they're trying to accommodate as many people as they can in one working day but if I wanted something more complex I'm sure things probably wouldn't turn out so great. I commute 3+ hours to get my hair done by Ash. She always gives me the exact haircut I want and gets the length perfect every time.

We come here just for Amy! She does your cut quickly (less than 10min), accurately (if she sees one strand of hair that's not even, she'll take care of it), and with great customer service (she makes everyone feel welcome & she makes conversation while she's cutting your hair. Always has a smile on her face and is very focused). She does a great job and understands what you're looking for, even with the most simplistic explanations.. she knows what you want and she meets your expectations. Hmmm... I know I shouldn't expect much coming from "Supercuts", but I needed a quick trim, and it's across the street from my place. I walked in right when they first opened, the lady that cut my hair looked like she needed a haircut more than I needed a trim! And it was a red/Burgundy color, which is perfectly fine, I think it looks cute on certain girls, BUT it looked like she hadn't had it colored in 5 months. Shawnee, the manager, is awesome!!! I called super last minute to set up a haircut appointment, expecting to be told I'd have to wait a day or two, she told me to come on down right then and there! I was greeted the second I walked through the door and she got to work straight away. I thought I knew what I wanted but she could tell by my tone that I was a little iffy and ultimately had no idea. all I knew is I wanted length off! she helped she decide on a style and the rest is history. Shawnee engaged in conversation the entire time, genuinely making me feel like she was interested in my life story! I've paid $50+ for a haircut and not been this satisfied. I dunno what the last chick complaining about the hair of the person who gave her a trim is all about. I don;t care if the person has a mohawk or terrible looking dreadlocks, if they can cut my hair the way I want it at a reasonable price, thats all I care about. Complaining about someones hairstyle seems like the hallmark of a person who doesn't have much to say, but maybe thats just how I see things. Anyways, I come here all the time because its right by my house. At first I was skeptical because I have gone to other locations before and walked away with a bad haircut, but this place has always been excellent. I can always get in and out quickly, the price is good, and they cut my hair exactly the way I want it. Hell the girls they have working here can cut my hair better than other places I had been going to for years. They ask questions about how I am going to style it so they know exactly where and how they need to cut my hair. Bottom line, this is a good inexpensive place to get your hair cut. I can't vouch for the quality of other locations because I myself have received terrible haircuts from other Supercuts, but this one is legit! read more

Earlier this morning I went to get a haircut with my son. The barber who serviced us was a guy named Sean, and after our experience I'd definitely recommend him for a haircut. His execution was flawless, I went for an A-bob style hair cut and he was just spot on perfect! He also did a fantastic job with my son's haircut! Sean is very professional and friendly, and anyone who has this guy for a haircut will know they're in good hands. That is why today I'm giving this place five stars!!! read more

Jen has cut my husband's hair 3 times now. He asks her to use a 1 for the clippers around his head and a 4 on top. Each time it appears that she used a 2 on his whole head. We have given her more than enough opportunities to do it right; we won't be going back to her. I understand the importance of being friendly with customers but my husband waited at least 10 minutes past his appointment time to be served because Jen was talking a little too much with customers at the register. There was one other person ahead of my husband so he wasn't the only one waiting for her. The only other hairstylist was busy with a customer, not chatting too much but actually doing her job. read more

So I've now been to two Supercuts this week, so disappointing!!! The first one (Shaw n Villa) I had to see two different stylists on two separate days as my first cut was uneven. I was going to an event- she cut my hair dry and it was kind of a mess. I asked if she could just put a curl with an iron in two places- that will be $15.50 please! Third trip was to Supercuts on Herndon and Cedar. Came in at 7:15 ( they close at 9) and was discouraged from waiting. Told it would be 30 min when there was only one person before me. Incredibly poor communication and customer service. Couldn't have cared less that I was politely waiting.

What the hell does it matter what hair the person had? That is so ignorant, if you feel that way do your own god damn hair.
