This place is now horrible and awful!!! Before the hair stylists were kind, easy-going, and left the hair like you wanted. Now they leave the hair like they want even if its ugly and whatever shit job! Either the hair stylist was on her menstrual cycle or had a hearing impediment that day I got my hair done because she did not want to listen to me on how I wanted my hair done and thought I was interrupting her when I only talked a few times about my hair. Previous hair stylists in that same location were not bothered on how I wanted my hair done when I mentioned to them a few times. I do not know what the hell was that hair stylist's problem for not listening to the customer. If it were the other way around, she would definitely want to have her hair done exactly like she wants and not how the hair stylist wants. Also, the other hair stylists are rude, obnoxious, and badly educated because all of a sudden now you barely take a seat to get your hair done, and they start saying very offensive and disrespectful things about you, the customer, for no apparent reason or without being provoked. It should no longer be called "Best Cuts", but the "Worst Cuts!" They lost a customer for good because no way I am returning there!!! read more

Came here because a friend recommended this place for a hair cut. Let me just say I won't be coming back. I asked the lady to trim the ends of my hair and she asked if I wanted layers. I said no layers, but persisted because it will look nicer when curled. I kindly told her no because I'm growing my hair out. She must have misunderstood me and gave me layers that looked choppy. She gave me a mirror to look at the back of my head and I was upset. I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed and the stylist has to cut a lot of length to get it even out and decent. My sister was at Best Cuts yesterday. She had the picture of hair style she wanted so she showed it to the hairdresser and told her that she wanted the exact same style in the picture. The hair style my sister wanted was a layer cut. My sister also verbally told the dresser that she wanted a layer style. However, the hairdresser insisted my sister that it would be too short, and my sister couldn't tie a ponytail anymore. After encountering the situation, my sister called me and asked me to talk to the dresser. By the way, my sister came here more than two years ago and couldn't speak English fluently. However, my sister was well prepared. She asked me to write down how to say it at a hair salon before she went there. When I talked to the hair dresser over the phone, she kept on insisting me that my sister would no longer tie her hair because of short hair. I told her to cut the way she sees in the picture. She obviously changed her tone to mock my sister by saying "Ooookay! If your sister wants that way, I will just cut it." in a sarcastic way. After that, she hanged up. Within three minutes, my sister called me with a cracking voice and said her haircut was done. The hairdresser used a scissor to cut it straight without making layers, according to my sister. My sister was almost crying when she talked to me. I was heart broken and mortified. She also took a picture of her hair style and sent it to me. The hair was not even in both sides. One side was shorter than the other. It was not cut properly either because I saw a group of hair hanging out on her shoulder in the picture. Please do not treat customers with disrespect regardless of their communication skill. Treating people differently based on their communication skill can be considered a discrimination. I told my sister to never return to that salon in the future. If you do not understand ethical behaviors at workplace, please educate yourself by going to school and taking some business ethic classes so that you can serve your clients with dignity and respects. First time getting a hair cut at this salon. Wait time was very little. I had my haircut by this guy named Minh. He was very friendly and did a great job cutting my hair. Minh made you feel very comfortable and provided great customer service. Almost as if I knew him from a very long time. They sell many hair product as well. I've been going to the nearby Supercuts for years now. I'm very particular with how my hair is cut and rarely venture outside of my comfort zone. I was in a bit of a hurry, one Saturday morning, for little leave practice. My son and I both needed a trim, so we went to our normal place. They were under staffed and I didn't have time to wait. I called in here and asked the woman who answered the phone if they do a good job with men's hair. She responded that their job is to make the customer happy. Since it was such a short drive I decided to stop in . The woman behind the desk was very polite. I asked how long the wait would be. She responded that she would take me now. She listened to what I wanted and took the time to pay attention to detail. To my surprise, she even finished my neck with an electric razor. I will definitely be returning. read more

I went in for a thin out and a layered cut. They started to cut aimlessly. It took about 5 minutes. And when I got home and styled my hair I realized I had ended up with layers that didn't blend and then the lady thinned my hair so close to the root that I ended up with short hairs sticking out of the top of my head. I looked like a rooster.so I went back and they refused to give me back my money and insisted on fixing the layers which I allowed because my hair looked so bad and the layers looked better but there was no fixing the top of my head. Now I have to find ways to style my hair in a way that hides all those hairs sticking out that are to small to pin down. This was an actual hair horror experience for me. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Warning! Don't get ANY Waxing done here. Had my face waxed here last weekend and the girl spilt wax all through my hair. She tried to down play it as not being so bad until I touched it and realized how bad it was. She was pulling my hair out trying to comb it out, and left huge globs of wax all over my neck. I had a hair appointment afterwards for a wedding that I missed because I had to go home a clean the wax off myself with far superior products. When I had time to go back to ask for my money back or at least a discount for all the trouble they refused saying that this never happens and that there was no damage-right, tell that to the chuck of hair that's now missing from my scull. Awful. Never going there again I would not trust anyone in there with hot wax in their hands. Steer clear of this place. read more

i had went to place for my moms hair to get dyed and they had took forever we had waited for at least 7 hours just for her hair to get dyed. the lady had messed up her hair once by doing different colors when my mom had shown them what specific color to do. what they did was they bleached my moms hair and when they dyed it the other side of her hair was yellow and pink and the other was pink and other shades of pink. my mom was tired of waiting because we had to do something so she just said to wash her hair and she would leave. i think that paying them 100 dollars was not fair because they messed up her hair and took FOREVER to finish up.at this place there was blood outside and one lady said maybe they killed someone. I do not recommend this place it takes a long time and its a good thing i did not cut my hair here and my mom should have went to another place that is better. so do not come here it will waste up your time. read more
