Brought my son here for a cut since his normal Barber was on vacation. It is like stepping back into time in here. They were quick. The only think that got me was the excessive amount of hair under the waiting room chairs closest to one of the stations. I made an appointment at 4:15pm but went to the wrong location on accident. That location on Everett Mall Way was slammed but said they were happy to take my daughter. I said no, I have an appointment it's rude not to show up so I'll go to the other location. I called to tell them at 4:14pm that I was roughly two minutes away. The gal on the phone was incredible rude and said "if you aren't here now, I'm not going to take you, I'm busy" and it was said with an attitude. Now if they were nice and said "I'm so sorry but I can't take you today, even one minute gets me behind." I would have understood. This was downright rude and she sounded extremely annoyed. I'm sorry I got confused but I didn't deserve that tone. I went back to Everett mall way where they had a full waiting area and close at 5pm and said "I understand if you can't take her, I know you close at 5 but I'm just checking." They said, "oh no, we are happy to take her no problem!" With a smile. No doubt they will be working past closing to help my daughter. Way better location. Go to Everett Mall, not here read more

We have been going in as a family for haircuts and clean ups. For the most part they have done well. I have started asking for Julia. She does great cuts. She will by go to person going forward. Another staff argued with my wife the last time she was in about how short she wanted her sides. We know what size blade we use for clippers we use. My daughter is getting trims there now. You can't beat the prices compared to many salons. read more

I have been getting my haircut here for several years, but no more. Neither will any of my family. If I can influence anyone to avoid this business, please listen. They are completely inept. When you make an appointment (which is their preference for you to do), you would think they would honor it. Not honoring a scheduled appointment once is a real annoyance by making you wait 20+ minutes, but a forgivable oversight. The second time is apparently a disregard for respect of a customer. We will never return again. One star for decent, fair priced hair-cuts in the past. I will gladly pay more and drive farther to avoid supporting this business again. Good Riddance. read more

Not sure how this place got any decent reviews. We just moved to the area and our 3 year old needed a hair cut pronto. I figured it's a Super cuts... they are walk in friendly... WRONG. We strolled in and my husband set up cuts for our 3 kids at the little kiosk. There were 3 stylist and not one could be bothered to so much as look our way. At first I figured it was because they were busy. One was busy chatting with a friend and the other two were cutting hair. One lady finished her cut and walked away, the other continued her super long drown out conversation while the 3rd was still busy with a customer. At that point we had been there a good 20 min and our 3 year old was losing his patience. Had ANY of the women greeted us I would have stuck it out in an attempt to get my kids hair cut but nope... the little guy was headed into a full blown meltdown so we walked out the door and turned to Yelp where I found A FANTASTIC salon where the stylist was not only fast but she was super friendly too. read more

If you like your hair at all, do NOT go to this location! The woman working tonight cut my husbands and my sons hair. She botched both of them! It looks like she took some scissors and chopped off what she thought needed to go. It's lumpy and uneven, and the fade is beyond messed up. It looks like she put a bowl on their heads and shaved around it. Please please please do yourself a favor and don't go there! $60 and two bad haircuts later, we have to go to someone else to fix it! I won't even attempt to have her fix it tomorrow in fear that she will make it worse! read more

Got a nice haircut here, my brother came as well! She did a good job and she was very kind and made sure it was the cut I wanted! She helped give me ideas and also listened to how I wanted it to look! I asked for my hair to be layered, shave my neck, shampoo and dry. She did shave my neck but She did not layer my hair And when I asked her if she was going to layer it she said it is layered and I said no you did not layer my hair. When she was drying my hair she used a brush which cost me an extra $10 for those few minutes she used the brush instead of her hand I guess. So the price went from $36-$46 just because she used a brush to dry my hair. The lady I saw I don't remember her name but she was Asian. If you go to Supercuts make sure you get the other woman she has short blond hair and she is super nice. The price was outrageous and she wanted me to make a second appointment. I said no way. I do not recommend you going to this place for a haircut. read more

I've been coming here about every other week for almost a year. Everyone has been very nice, especially not giving me funny looks for needing my Mohawk cleaned up, and the price is very reasonable. It's nice to come here in between salon visits. The salon is never open on my days off and it's unnecessary to spend $40 or more there for someone to hit me with clippers, so Supercuts is good to fill that need. Everyone listens to what I would like and the cuts I get there are consistently good even though I never see one person specifically. The wait is never more than a few minutes on a Monday afternoon. The only downside I have noticed is that the post-cut cleanup could be better as I will have tiny bits of hair on my face afterward. But no big deal, I just figure they don't want to mess my makeup with a hot towel. Maybe if you're going for a men's cut its easier to clean you up. read more

We had an appointment for 11am, we watched 3 walk ins go in before us. We had to wait in the car for 30min. Then they took in another walk in before us. Very dissatisfied!!!! I took my 22 yr old grandson to Super cuts on Evergreen Way in Everett today, he is severely austic, blind, and non-verbal. Stopped coming here a year ago due to one of the ladies being rude through the entire cut and checkout. Came back in today cuz it's on my way home and again right off the bat the lady was rude cuz I didn't call ahead so I just left. Hairmasters by Fred Meyer is a safer bet and give better haircuts. Yeah, Roger! I happened on this Supercuts when I moved to Everett in '09. Tried a couple stylists, both of which were fine. Then, got Roger by chance and loved the work he did with my hair! Have only gone to him since then. He was promoted to manager of the Marysville salon, then back to Everett as its manager. He's very experienced, he's precise, he's prompt, he's dependable and he does terrific work. I always spring the extra few dollars for a shampoo. He does the best shampoo and I'm ready to fall asleep with my head hanging in the sink! read more

10/22/2018. Door sign indicates that they close at 8pm. Took my son there for a quick haircut at exactly 6:45pm. The young blonde working at that moment quickly told me that she is closing even though the sign and a google search clearly said 8pm. I did not bother arguing and looked for another place. Good thing we found Great Clips that is still open and we were greeted by both Asian ladies and took our info as soon as we walked in. My husband went here for a fade. Seriously I can do a fade. Im very annoyed people who don't speak enough english to answer properly let alone understand what a person asks for. Staff was nice and tried but the fade was uneven on the wrong blade wrong level. Going to navy exchange forever now. I've been to this supercuts probably 40 times in the past 4-5 years and, for the most part, it has been fine. Went there today and literally got the worst hair cut of my life. The lady cutting my hair did not seem to care at all. She just kept running the comb back and forth through my hair, forgetting where she was on the hair cut, grabbing the wrong things, etc. She was either brand new or totally did not give a crap. I went here today for the first time. All the stylist were kind and friendly. Victoria did my hair (cut & color). I just showed her some pics of the hair I'm going for and for sure I wanted a long bob/ lob hair and ended up with it. She tried her very best to try to make my hair with lots of dimension and I am in love with my new look! I got a lot of compliments with my new hair style.
