My family has been going to Supercuts in Rancho San Diego for over 10 years. They have had many stylists within that time frame. Over the past three years or so this salon's stylists as a whole are some of the best hair care professionals I have encountered. Whether you get your hair cut with Robin, Jenna, Emily, or Tessa, you will receive great service from knowledgeable and friendly stylists. Supercuts Rancho San Diego also has a variety of hair care products from which to choose. I enjoy going to this Supercuts and I highly recommend this salon. read more

My favorite stop. Robyn has been cutting my hair for probably 10 years. It feels like friends when I go in. I made them English Toffee. That makes me their favorite. They are all really nice. Jenna, Emily, Joni just to name a few. read more

This is my favorite supercuts. Carolyn cut my hair and its awesome! She put some goop in my hair that smelled like coconuts. The jar says Enjoy. I bought some and boy am I enjoying it! I'll recommend Carolyn to all my friends and I will be back! :) read more

I have gone to this place 3 times so far. And every time I hope that it is going to get better. I am always wrong. 3 times and that's it. I'm never going back. This last time the stylist wasn't friendly and it literally took 3 minutes to cut my hair. If all you need is a trim then I suppose this place is alright but if you are looking for a color or a new look I suggest you do not come here. read more

My sister recommended me here since she is the receptionist and I love love loved my hair! I had Tessa do my cut and and color twice and it came out amazing l. The girls are all wonderful stylists with amazing personalities. I'm so happy my sister is apart of this group. read more

The gang here are always great. They make me feel really comfortable. Robyn is my personal favorite - but have had cuts from many of their stylists and they all do great work. I also take my 5-year old daughter here and she loves the ladies they make her feel pretty special. Highly recommend. Can't go wrong. read more

I saw Jenna today for a haircut and she did a really great job! I will definitely go see her again.

Jenna Rocks! She does a fabulous haircut and color! Very professional and fun! Love this Supercuts!!

Great service and awesome barbers..use the app for easy check in and no waits. Personable friendly staff

This is the worst experience I've had at this Supercuts!!! I've been going to Supercuts for over 20 year! Always happy with Joni but today she just left and they decided to gouge me by $20 more dollars than usually for the same service! Very poor business! They are not all that!#!#! Will not be going back...ever! Manager and staff were very smug and there are many other decent shop to choose from that value a customer's loyalty! Joni I will miss you. You are great and caring. This not against you. Supercut is not super. They suck! Negative 5 stars for this one. They only care about raising rates constantly and not the customer! read more

I've been going to see Tessa for years . She's AWESOME! My hair always turns out great . I love the girls there so nice & friendly .

Excellent service!! I love this salon! I've been coming here for years and all the ladies are friendly and genuinely care about the work they do. I love to do a double braid hair style and lainey is the best. I always wait for her and it's totally worth it. I love this salon and very highly recommend it!!! read more

Took my 9 y/o son here on Sunday after I had taken him to another barber place in the area. The other place did not do a good job, and I was a tad bit frantic as it was my sons first day of school on Monday. Robyn, one of the stylists saw my son right away and not only fixed his haircut, but made it look really nice, like there had never been any mistake in the first place. Thank you very much Robyn for your professionalism, and for doing the job efficiently, and correctly. We will definitely be back for my sons next haircut to see Robyn. read more

Everyone is ALWAYS friendly and patient with my son who is Autistic. He loves getting his hair cut now. We've been coming here since 2011.

Robyn is AMAZING!! I came earlier today wanting a change of hair style, I've had the same cut for years. I told her what I didn't like about the style I had, where i wanted to eventually go with it and she took it from there!! Super happy!! I will definitely be back!! Robyn has a customer for life!!!! Everyone is super nice and really clean salon!! Thanks for the awesome cut!! I feel so much better!! read more

I haven't gotten a hair cut in 4 years and I was in need of a new hair stylist. I came in and was greeted and helped immediately. My stylist was Tasha and she was amazing! I showed her pictures and described what type of cut I wanted. She asked me a couple questions and explained what she was doing as she cut my hair . She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and in visioned. Thank you so much Tasha! You're my new go to stylist. I would recommended her to anyone, friends, and family. read more

Came back for yet another cut. I didn't catch the name of my hairdresser, but she had short, dyed hair. She was so extremely helpful and responsive! I got a cut that I loved, and she was such a friendly stylist, too. I recommend bringing in pictures of what you want for your hair. The stylists will make recommendations sometimes, too, which is awesome. I like that they use leave-in conditioner in my hair, too. read more

This place is horrible. I came here cause my barber was not available. Big mistake I brought my son and both of us got a haircut. Mine was ok but my sons was rushed and sloppy. They did them at the same time. My sons stylist was in such a hurry to go to the back of the store that she ended up making my sons hair look horrible. I noticed this as we were leaving and when I looked she was already in the back. I would not recommend this place to an enemy of mine. Try ANYWHERE else. read more

I would say they messed up my hair 2 out of every 5 times I came in, and I have a simple short guy's cut. Pricey to boot. People are nice, but I stopped coming in because one hair stylist had to get help to finish my cut. read more

Great haircut experience, fast and friendly. Looks pretty good too. The only problem is that it was a bit pricy, $19 for a simple men's haircut is overpriced. read more

Just had my hair cut at Super Cuts, what a great place!! I barely had to wait, and this is my second time with barely a wait. The stylists are friendly, professional and know what they are doing! I had Jazmine cut my hair, she was great! Best cut I've had in a long time!!! read more

Hands down received the worst haircut I have ever had in my life here. Never going back.

In and out overpriced haircuts. Wait along time then rush, rush, rush. usually serviced by inexperienced newbies. Tried to call ahead as advertised on their website, but I was told that was not possible. Last haircut was absolute disaster. Never to return. read more

I walked in today, Jenna did amazing with my full head highlight and gave me the subtle highlights i wanted as well as a cut and layer. She was great, kind and personable and did exactly what i wanted. This location was already my go to for cuts for my daughter and myself and Jenna is now my go to girl for color! read more

Jenna has been doing my hair for years and does an amazing job Everytime! She always knows what I like. I definitely recommend her to everyone!! read more

My brother, father and myself have been going to this Supercuts location for many years. Jenna and Robyn are amazing and when I go in for a haircut they make it a great experience. They are both very skilled and have awesome personalities. Thanks to them I always leave with a fresh new hair cut :) read more

Amazing ladies! At least, monthly x 6 yrs, I've walked in with minimal wait. My usual stylists in no order: Tessa, Robyn, Emily, Jenna, Joanne. I no longer use dark towels to hide stains after washing hair from using home coloring. They give me a new me when I want it. Waxing, haircut, coloring , and/or blowing out straight my curls or leave in curls; They aim to please with a smile. You can feel their connection. Super- fabulous feeling when I leave their doors. read more

Great salon to come to for a pampering. I have been seeing Robyn for quite some time, she is great. Does the best color and cuts for me, and she gives an incredibly relaxing shampoo. I know Jenna, Tessa, Joanie, or any of the other pros would be great, also. Very friendly, very professional, and accommodating salon, always a pleasure. read more

Love coming to this supercuts, girls are always friendly and welcoming. My stylist Robyn is AWESOME wont trust anyone else but her to touch my hair been that way for yrs. read more

We love Supercuts and we love Robyn. My two boys and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to this location for over a year (maybe 2?) and I am so happy to finally find a place where everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable about styling and cutting hair. My hair has always been dark brown (almost black) for over 40 yrs and when it was time for a change Super Girl Tessa was the person to gently and calmly help me go from dark to very light brown almost blondish. This was a BIG change for me and I was nervous, but I couldn't be happier and I always get compliments on the color. There have been a couple of times that I went in for a touch up or style and Tessa was not available and whoever was available to help me always did a great job. Love this place! read more

Myself and my son have been coming in here for years! "Super" place to go to! I highly recommend! Thank you Robyn for the great job you do! See you next month! read more

I just cannot have very good service to my liking at these supercuts places. This is the 2nd one I have tried and it's the same damn thing. Poor scheduling and you cannot book any sort of time with these people because the walk in always trumps the appointment times even if you book the day before or day of. And the only way to fix this is to make them go ALL by appointment and they will never do that for fear of losing money. I don't like having to wait 20 to 30 minutes just to get into the chair even after I make an appointment and then get there and find out a walk in pushed my appointment time back 15 precious minutes. So instead of chancing being late for work I took the other available girl that has never cut my hair and wasn't 100% satisfied after I got a better look at it later that night. And the other girl that does my hair said she would tell her what to do. I don't like multiple people doing my hair. Booking an appointment and having them stick to it AND having the same person do my hair everytime is obviously not happening AGAIN so I'm done with Supercuts! Bye! read more

I've been having my hair cut here for several years and by various stylists (Jenna, Robyn, Carolyn and Tessa). Tessa cut my hair today and, per usual, she did a great job. Cuts here are always consistent, and the shampoo and hot towel at the end are very relaxing. Thank you, Tessa! read more

This is a great place....great staff and always clean!! The call-ahead option makes for a short wait too!

Love getting my hair done here!!! The wait is never long and the girls are so friendly. They do a great job with kids cuts my 3 year old wants her hair cut everyday lol!!! As long as I'm in the area I'll be continuing to go here!!! read more

Been a regular customer for about 4years, keep going back for Jenna, as she's a great stylist, but the new manager is rude and makes you wait at the desk while she chats with another customer while you wait and wait.. my last visit was even worse, she was just rude to me. I'm pretty sure she remembers my face so I fully expect it to continue to happen if I want to see Jenna to cut my hair. Oh well. read more

Jenna from this Supercuts has been cutting my hair for the last 8 years. She does a great job! I also get the color camo grey blending service, which is nice for men that don't want to look like they color their hair. The whole staff at this salon is very friendly and professional. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great haircut. read more
