They have an inviting lobby with huge windows for natural light with a beautiful view, their shampoo room is SO relaxing with dim lighting and warmed blankets to warm up after coming in from the cold, and their stations have a little drink stand to hold a complimentary beverage to keep you hydrated while you're getting your hair cut. Everyone is so nice and down to earth and relatable it just puts you at ease.
