Terrible service and no regard for customers. Booked (reserved) online, drove nearly 30 minutes to get there, checked-in, sat for another ten plus minutes before someone mentioned they don't accept credit cards. Their machine went down the previous week. No mention online or on the door or anywhere. What a waste of time. Offered to send a Venmo to any of the people working there so they could give me the cash for a haircut but was told that violates policy. I asked if there was a written policy that indicates customers cannot be helped and just got a look. Terrible service and no regard for possible revenue during these challenging times. Went here for my first haircut in a longgg time, so i was in need of a big transformation, and wasn't really even sure where to go with it. I was iffy about going here as opposed to a local non-chain barbershop like I normally would, but wow could I not have been more wrong. I had Harry do my hair, and never before have I had such a cared-for haircut. He knew what he was doing, and I needed help figuring out what to do with my hair, and he had the answers. He gave me tips for hair care based on how mine was, and I practically forgot I was getting a haircut because of how friendly and conversing he was. More of a passion-driven creative project than a haircut. Perfect cut, perfect experience, and cheaper than I've paid for one in a while. Let me start by saying I usually only use Hair Cuttery but I swear every time I go back it's more expensive. Also there is only one stylist I trust there anymore. So I decided what the heck, YOLO right? I needed a haircut, my guy wasn't there and so I went to super cuts. I'm glad I did because to date, one of the best haircuts I've ever had. It's funny how each place has their niche, Supercuts does the hot towel finish while others do a shampoo. It's basically the same price as everywhere else now days $18 for a cut, but the lady who did was hair was very nice, cut it like a boss, trimmed my eyes brows and the hot towel is awesome. I had a horrible experience. I walked and waited a short while until some one came our of the back room. She didn't say hello or extend any greeting whatsoever, she just gruffly said 'name' and then looked up my services. Her attitude was so negative that I was very put-off. She then ordered me to sit down in a manner that expressed that cutting my hair was the last thing in the world she wanted to be doing. I told her that some customer service training might be in order and one example would be to say hello to customers. I left before even sitting down and went across the street to the Hair Cuttery. I recommend them highly. Supercuts obviously doesn't need the business and management couldn't care less. read more

I hate to pay big bucks for a quick trim, so I tend to seek out chains with no wait time when I just need an inch or two cut off. This morning I decided it was beyond time to finally get my locks in shape, so I checked into Supercuts online and headed over. There was even less of a wait than expected, which was perfect. I was seated immediately and went for a shampoo and cut (each part is separate, so you pay for the shampoo - $4). I opted not to have them blowdry my hair, which cost a whopping $20 extra and seemed unlikely to hold with the humid weather. I was in and out in under 20 minutes, which was super convenient. My boyfriend couldn't tell I'd had my hair cut, but that's kinda the point - not bad for a simple cut! read more

So I walked in without an appt and waited 40 mins which was fine I didn't have an appointment but when ai was helped Carmela I believe was my hair dresser, I also got my eye brows waxed which look good but my cut was simple and it's completely uneven I'm embarrassed I needed to go to giant to grocery shop but didnt because I felt so embarrassed she kept burning my with the hair dryer which I told her about and I have very fine thin hair she hades so much product it looked like I got out of a pool. I felt so uncomfortable because I've always had good experiences here I just tipped adequately ane went straight home to shower the heavy product. I was patience but I won't be back she kept rambling and nothing made sense a to what she was saying it was like she was on something? I'm not one to review negatively but my cut will be fixed by another salon tomorrow. read more

It's good if you need a haircut in a pinch, but be prepared to wait. And wait. And wait. You can make an appointment online, but chances are they'll ignore it. I've never walked in when I've made the appointment and it actually took place when it said, I always seem to just get thrown into the mix of everybody who's waiting there. I think they just use the online appointment gimmick to make you walk in the store so that you'll not go somewhere else. so, even if it's the best haircut in the world, customer service like that doesn't deserve more than two stars. read more

Walked in with my husband and two young children, needed haircuts for the kids. There was one person waiting who was taken within minutes. We were the only people waiting in which I had no idea about the touchscreen since it was my first time to Supercuts. Not one person talked to us nor told us we had to check in. While I was waiting in the lobby I was impressed with how near and clean the shop looked. The shampoo bottles were all lined up nice and neat. NEVER NEVER NEVER Go here!!! I went in for a trim and to freshen my layers. Guadalupe took out my ponytail and how my hair fell down is how she cut my hair! She just snipped at the ends. Never parted or sectioned my hair or even checked to see if it was even. I asked her if she was going to part or section and she said no it was fine, but then made an uneven par and smiled. Then I had to show her the front layers were an inch uneven, so she did a few little snips. She kept her fingers rounded so it seemed every cut was curved. I asked if she had trimmed the layers and she smiled and started cutting again in the middle of my hair. Then she cut a chunk from my front layers so I had a 3 inch difference between my shortest and longest layer at my face. I finally said something and the other women working there all just stared and finally said they thought it looked fine and didn't see the huge chunk missing. This woman gave no explanation but smiled and nodded. They were all so rude and looked at me like I was just being picky. I finally left and went to another place up the street. They wet my head and had to completely recut my hair because of how uneven the entire cut was. The man who brilliantly fixed my hair called people over at least 3 or 4 times to show them the huge mistakes this woman had made. The looks of shocked looks that the stylists all gave me were oddly comforting because I knew I wasn't just being picky!! I knew my instincts were right and my hair was being butchered.
