I've been going to this location since 2020. The Stylist Kim has always cut my hair and she has always been quick and highly skilled. I've never had any problems and usually I just show her a picture of what I want and she can create it accurately. There have been times when I've had to wait for a few minutes but that is mostly due to short staff. The vibe of the salon is always calm and clean. The music onsite is popular and the radio hosts are some of the best in the Philadelphia area. I've seen lots of young girls get their first coloring or other such complex hairstyles so I would recommend this location for both men and women. read more

I went today for the first time to get my hair just curled (all she used was a straightener and hair spray) I was over charged and the curls are already falling out and I only left the salon an hour ago. I had to go somewhere else for them to recurl a lot of the pieces! $40 down the drain! I would really like a refund for this and it is not fair for my hair to be falling out before even getting to the wedding we were going to and having to be late because I needed someone else to recurl most of my hair! The scenario I am about to describe has happened 4 times at this location which is why they receive the generous review of a 1-star rating: I made an appointment on Tuesday for a Thursday 10 am appointment - when the salon opens. Another customer walks in at same time as myself and proceeds to be waited on 1st. I told the staff that I have an appointment and was initially told that they do not take appointments (the woman checking me in took the appointment time 2 days prior and worked with her own schedule). She gave me her card last time and told me to request her when booking an appointment and I would get 20% off the cut. Then she decides to spin her lie differently "Walk-Ins come before appointments". I could not believe what I was being told. Previously, was told to come back in 2 hours after an appointment time. On another occasion waited for 1 cut to be done and 4 others go ahead of me and I was told to wait. Then she tells me it will only be 10 minutes. She is the only person there and anytime the phone rings she stops everything to answer the phone or wait on customers at the counter. The smallest length of time I have ever been there is 45 minutes. Go anywhere else. Anywhere. read more

It was my first time here, and I got my haircut from Kim. At first, I thought a straight cut would be good, but Kim suggested some layering and angling because of the shape of my face, and I let her work her magic. It worked out great! I am very VERY satisfied with my hair and will definitely come back if I ever need my hair cut again. She even gave me a few tips because my hair is a little thin which I appreciate. Note that the online wait time is a little off, but they keep people moving quickly (only 30 min. in the store total, for waiting and the cut!) and I felt I received the care and time I wanted. I went to Supercuts on Saturday to get a haircut after not cutting my hair for six months. I asked the man to cut my hair however he wanted to see the result. I was extraordinarily shocked that he cut my hair perfectly and I'm glad I asked him to choose something he thought would fit me since he is the artist. read more

Usually don't write reviews, but I was pretty perturbed. Used the app to sign in online to bring my elderly 85 year old dad for a haircut. Got there and was told there would be a 'long wait' because there were other people waiting. I asked if they all had an apt, and was told 'no, but signing in online only secures you a spot, but not a time'. So what is the purpose of online sign in? It is not a simple task to pick and and go with an elder gentleman, so this was a planned event. Please don't offer timed check in if your not going to honor it. Lost me (and dad ) as a customer. It's ok. Found Great Clips just down the street. Couldn't be happier. I wish there was an option for no stars. read more
