My hair was falling out due to chemotherapy treatment and I was embarrassed and emotionally fragile. Wendy was very kind to my husband on the phone. Someone with less consideration could have made things worse for us, but Wendy handled that day and the next year with a fantastic mix of warmth and professionalism. She went out of her way to help us through that difficult time. We were pleased to learn that her people skills are matched by her hair cutting skills. My hair is fine and straight. Wendy knows what it can do and what it can't and helps me figure out how to make it look good with a minimum of daily upkeep. Sat and received the haircut and beard trim. Then I went to pay the person who actually did the cut. She says now the fee is $6.99 for the haircut and beard trim is $5.00 or $11.99 total. I present the coupon for $4.99 haircut. She runs it ,say no good, it is $11.99. I decide it is not worth a confrontation and actually pay $15.00 (with tip). Now having slept on it I am annoyed, No, it is not the crime of the century but I must say it was a dishonest and deceitful "bait and switch". I share this only warn "Buyer Beware".

Trying a new hairstylist, especially one that has not been recommended by someone I know, is always a roll of the dice. Thankfully, the young lady that I saw (Sierra) was great! The shop appears to be very organized, clean, and it's in a great location. The check-in app was on target. The 15 minute text allowed me to gauge my time. The prices are very reasonable. I walked away with a haircut that I'm very pleased with and I do believe I have found my new hairstylist.
