She helped advise me on what services I needed (I came in with flat, dull orange hair and are restored it to a shiny dimensional dark brunette by pulling down my natural color through it, toning away the orange, and giving me a glossing treatment). It was only 165 for a full complex dye, a gloss, and a trim. The location is a bit hard to find and looks like it might be sketchy but once you go inside it is very trendy and well kept.

I have not let anyone but Wendy cut my hair for the last five years. I look forward to her warm…read moresmile on hair cut days, and enjoy her company immensely. Wendy also cuts my husband's hair and does a fantastic job. We met Wendy when we called Hair South during a difficult time. My hair was falling out due to chemotherapy treatment and I was embarrassed and emotionally fragile. Wendy was very kind to my husband on the phone. Someone with less consideration could have made things worse for us, but Wendy handled that day and the next year with a fantastic mix of warmth and professionalism. She went out of her way to help us through that difficult time. We were pleased to learn that her people skills are matched by her hair cutting skills. My hair is fine and straight. Wendy knows what it can do and what it can't and helps me figure out how to make it look good with a minimum of daily upkeep. She is really quite talented but also realistic about what my hair can do. I like that.

I always get the cut and color I want and they have fixed my home-job mistakes with humor and kIndness. Although I usually see Lia or Lisa I have had an experience with all the current stylists and they are all excellent. I see the negative reviews and am appalled. My entire family loyally goes only to Hair South because of the quality of their cuts and the personal appeal of the stylists themselves.

My hair grew back in very tight curls and I didn't know how to manage it, since I've always had wavy hair. Bethany trimmed it and gave great suggestions for styling. She is very knowledgable and talented in her craft! Plus, she's a caring, compassionate lady. Added bonus, COVID protocols are observed in this salon.

Rachel was booked to blend the extensions with my daughter's natural hair, since the owner didn't do that. Rachel stated the extensions were done wrong and she couldn't blend them and then proceeded to cut my daughters own hair after being repeatedly asked NOT to cut her own hair. Rachel was well aware my daughter was trying to grow her own hair out from damage done by another salon. my daughter left in tears. DO NOT TRUST THESE LADIES WITH YOUR HAIR. Would give 0 stars but that is not an option.

Sat and received the haircut and beard trim. Then I went to pay the person who actually did the cut. She says now the fee is $6.99 for the haircut and beard trim is $5.00 or $11.99 total. I present the coupon for $4.99 haircut. She runs it ,say no good, it is $11.99. I decide it is not worth a confrontation and actually pay $15.00 (with tip). Now having slept on it I am annoyed, No, it is not the crime of the century but I must say it was a dishonest and deceitful "bait and switch". I share this only warn "Buyer Beware".

I liked the website and they had an online check-in that gave an estimated wait time. They also gave the option of having a text sent when your appointment is 15 minutes out. Trying a new hairstylist, especially one that has not been recommended by someone I know, is always a roll of the dice. Thankfully, the young lady that I saw (Sierra) was great! The shop appears to be very organized, clean, and it's in a great location. The check-in app was on target. The 15 minute text allowed me to gauge my time. The prices are very reasonable. I walked away with a haircut that I'm very pleased with and I do believe I have found my new hairstylist.

That should've told me something being that it's a lovely Friday afternoon. The guy was very abrupt and rude. I told him & showed him how I wanted my nails shaped which was the only change I made because I have French tips. My nails were uneven, acrylic on my cuticles, and some nails have too much acrylic while some of the others show my real nail. ‍ I try not to be too picky and understanding when a nail tech isn't as advanced or good as others but you CAN NOT be rude to me and mess my nails up too! Ijs! Never will I be back. I should NEVER have to come home and fix my nails that I paid to get done right!
