I don't ask for layers, bangs, or anything complicated--just a straight, even trim. Yet my hair is still uneven by almost an inch. When I called to ask them about it, they refused to refund the money or provide the original service the $350 was charged for. Also the charge is listed as a recurring payment on my bank account so they have access to recharge my card repeatedly and feel they don't have to answer to it. The owner (Zachary H.) was absolutely horrible when asked about working with us to resolve the issue. There is nothing in their policy that states no-refunds or partial credits, in fact, it states they will do everything they can to ensure you leave happy! That's actually crazy. If they wanted to ensure their customers were happy they could simply provide the service that was already canceled a month ago, paid for anyway (against my will), and still refused by the salon. They could have made it right in any way but they simply refused. These people don't care about their customers. Beware!! Go somewhere else and guard your card information!!!!! EDIT: Hi zachary. Just wanted to let you know, your reply on my review very much shows just how much of the run around you gave me. No price was ever shown to me but the website specifically lists "$250-$350" as the price RANGE for the service provided. When I called and asked the salon why I was charged the upper end of this range automatically, they said that the Brazilian blowout is $350 and the other smoothing services are the ones that are $250. That's not what is listed on the webpage. Only the price range. This price was not communicated to me prior to signing up for this service that I had no prior knowledge about and that was "sold" to me while in the salon.
