They never chip, peel, or flake. Thy and her husband T both really care about their clients. However it is after all the customer's responsibility to speak up. Tell them what you want and if what they are doing it is not, be an adult, stop the nail tech, and have them correct it. They ask you along every step if the length is good, the shape is good, are you happy, do you like them? I have had 25+ pedicures over the years and never gotten an infection.
