I have been a loyal customer here for the past 5 plus years. The staff are well trained, and give a quality manicure. Unlike a previous review, my manicures can last 3 weeks. They never chip, peel, or flake. Thy and her husband T both really care about their clients. However it is after all the customer's responsibility to speak up. Tell them what you want and if what they are doing it is not, be an adult, stop the nail tech, and have them correct it. They ask you along every step if the length is good, the shape is good, are you happy, do you like them? I have had 25+ pedicures over the years and never gotten an infection. If you are smart, make an appointment. I have observed hundreds of happy customers over the years while I have been in the salon. I am happy to add my name to that list. Highly recommend! read more

Tina did my pedicure, $70 for a subpar nothing fancy deluxe package. Easily the fastest pedicure I've ever had. She also was digging into my cuticles horribly and actually ripped my cuticle off in my big toe. The next day it was swollen & red- extremely painful. It got infected. Update: All the polish on my nails easily peeled off in less than a week. I can't believe I spent any money for this! I consider myself very easy going and don't easily get offended/upset with services. I decided to stop at this establishment despite its mediocre reviews. It's a nice/clean environment with a bunch of very nice young women and a very welcoming man who seemed to act like the owner/manager. I opted for a gel manicure with a sugar scrub and a pedicure with sugar scrub and massage. It was a decent experience. The sweet girl who did my pedicure decided to test my tolerance with heat by spraying my feet with very very hot water to see if that was comfortable. She immediately apologised and cooled it down. The girl who did my manicure was also very nice but poked me a couple of times with the cuticle removal tool which caused me to bleed a little. Anyway, I was excited about the gel polish. The overall experience was decent. The reason for my 3 stars is the following * It was a lot more expensive than I'd expected it to be. * I'm extremely upset that my gel polish chipped and started peeling off the same day I got it done. I haven't had the time to return back to them to have it fixed but in my opinion, it should have been done right the first time. read more

This Neil place was suggested to me by a friend, and since it was the closest, I went there quite a few times for my acrylic nails. It started out OK, but went downhill quickly. These people are in such a rush and so money hungry they just do your nails as quick as possible so they can get to the next person. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or a walk in, it's the same experience, no matter what. my last visit there, I had four different people working on my nails all the way up until I was paying for them. I'm at the counter paying and the woman was putting on my top coat. They just wanted me out of the chair as soon as possible to get someone else in. They did a decent job, but the experience was less than pleasant. Another huge turn off was the children roaming around the store. They hire young girls and train them, which is great, but they allow these girls to bring their young kids into the salon. I understand if there's a day you can't get a babysitter, but this happened every time I was there. There was three or more kids, walking around with bowls of mac & cheese. I would watch them, eat this mac & cheese, drop some on the floor, pick it up and eat it. This is so dirty, and should never be allowed, especially in a place that supposed to be relaxing & hopefully, CLEAN! I was so disgusted by it. These kids would literally throw themselves on the floor and cry, or whatever. I have children myself, I understand how they get, but it shouldn't be allowed in a place of business. I really hope the health department or someone else goes to check this place out and shuts them down! I highly recommend never going here unless you want to be treated awful, and be disgusted by the environment. I get a very limited time to myself, and I choose to spend that time at a salon to get my nails done. Which should be a relaxing time/experience. This is SO FAR OFF FROM THAT read more

The woman who did my nails was very nice and detailed oriented. However when i called they said it's about $30 for a full set. I asked if they had regular polish because they offered me just gel and said yes but only showed me their gel polish. Severely of my fingers were left in pain and with cuts. The color and shape turned out nicely but for $63 i will not be returning. read more

Came in for a mani-pedi with a full set. My pedicure was alright at best. The massage chair was not turned on, I couldn't figure out where the controls were, and no one offered to help. The water was lukewarm, and the leg/foot massage was just longer than nonexistent. The paint job was fine, surprisingly, as the pedicurist spent half the time watching a soap opera on the TV behind her. Next up was the manicure--my full set? The nails didn't even fit my natural nail properly. The manicurist chopped them to approximately the length I wanted, slapped the acrylic on (THICK), and put the shellac on. Something missing in that play-by-play? Shaping. There was NO shaping done. The nails were so square and so sharp that I cut myself and got them caught on everything, eventually leading to quite literally tearing my nail off... Including my real nail. I went to another salon to have them fixed, where the nail tech spent 45 minutes filing and sanding my nails down to normal--that is, it doesn't look like a block of acrylic slapped on top of my nails, they have the size and shape of actual nails. I would never go back to Glamour Nails. The shoddy job, poor service, and prices much higher than anywhere else I've seen in the country (and I've been to salons from coast to coast). This is my usual go to place for a mani pedi. I usually am super happy with both. However my last visit I got acrylic gel nails done, and noticed that she wasn't going the full length of my nail so it looked like I had had them on for a few days already. The pedicure was good except one of the gel polishes on one of my toes came off a few hours later. I payed over 100 dollars for both, which I wasn't too happy about. Horrible, they don't pull nail polish to cutical so when u leave it looks like it's already grown out. They look like round little balls on tip of your fingers, instead of longer and tapered. They assume you want that thick ass color coating for extra $10. So now you can't pick up a dime. They file till your bleeding. I used Glamour for my wedding nails. The salon is clean and the people are friendly. However, I got SNS nails with shellac and in 5 hours they were chipping and lifting. I called and they opened early the following day to accommodate my other appointments due to it being my wedding day. However, the fix lasted only another few hours and actually chipped before my pictures. Really frustrating. By the end of the night, I had 3 sns nails&color completely gone. I went back the following day and asked for a refund but they said they didn't give refunds just a new service. I didn't feel this was right but wanted my nails to look good for my honeymoon, so I just had them all redone with acrylic. The owner explained that the wrong base for sns was probably used the first time. I gave 2 stars because they did come in early and redid my nails twice but it took 3 trips to finally get nails that don't feel like they will chip in a few hours. read more

First of all, it is very clean. They use cleaning products that disinfect and that are name brand, which is reassuring. The buff used on my feet appeared to be new and didn't look worn out and disgusting like other places. The man that did my nails was so cute and took his time. They offer many brands of shellac in many different colors as opposed to other nail salons I've been to. And they are fast! I am usually in-and-out in 30 minutes for a shellac removal and new color. Great place. I've been going to this location since 1998. It has changed owners a few times. New owners are friendly and prices actually went down! I was introduced to the gel polish which I absolutely love. I work retail so my hands take a beating, but this lasts forever. Never wears down. The mani/pedi was the worst I've ever had. They were distracted by screaming and crying children, they put lotion on wet legs then rinsed it off. No scrub used, minimal massage, which was the main reason I wanted to get a pedicure. I also got a manicure but didn't want color since it always chips anyway, assumed that would get me a little more lotion/massage time and at least a clear coat, nope. Then they asked if I wanted to leave the lotion on or wash it off? Really who puts on lotion and washes it off. I can't believe with tax this cost me $48. It's appalling and I will never return, plus they were running late on the person in front of me and then the person after me was sitting next to me during my manicure and he kept apologizing and talking to her during it. Had to go there again today to have my left thumb nail fixed.No apology although the nail tech who did my nails last week( I was out of town due to work ) was there and was aware of the problem, he preferred to leave the room. I used to come here all the time about 10 yrs ago to get my nails done because they always did such a good job. I wanted a full set so decided to schedule an appointment at glamour nails. I showed a picture to the woman doing my nails of how I wanted them. A coffin shape, nude polish and champagne gold on my ring finger. She told me she could not do coffin shape with my nails after she already started gluing the nails on and cutting them down. The shape was not even close. She put a yellow gold on instead of a champagne gold. By the time she was done it looked like they needed to be filled again and they were crooked. The next day, I had a nail break off. I went back for them to fix it and they asked me who did my nails. I didn't know her name bc she maybe said one work to me the whole time. The man at the front was being very difficult and almost made it seem like I was lying. I told him where I sat, bc I assume they have assigned seating. Not even 5 min later a woman walks in behind me with complaints of her nails done by the same woman. Needless to say, I will not return. read more
