She had plenty of excellent reviews and I've seen some of her work online. My daughter and I were lucky to get an appointment with her within a few days. She was more than happy to work with the both us. I have to say though, I LOVED her honesty and integrity. During the consultation my daughter had showed her a hair color that she wanted to get done. Lisa immediately explained about the process, time and cost. She examined my daughter's thick hair and told her about the process of bleaching, toning...etc. My daughter felt so confident to work with Lisa because her hair had been butchered in the past by other hairstylists who weren't very familiar with color. As for me, I just needed a root touch up and Lisa did a lovely job. I told her exactly what I wanted. My goal was to have my hair a lighter brown not pitch black. She did an amazing job on me. I felt so confident afterwards because my grays were getting pretty bad. My daughter loved how her hair turned out too!! The prices were very reasonable and again Lisa was upfront about everything. She never pressured us into getting something we didn't want done. I love her professionalism, her color skills and cuts. I enjoyed my time there and both my daughter and I are looking forward to seeing Lisa again for our next appointment when we are in town. The salon is very lovely and clean. Cleanliness is big plus+++ The gals at the front desk are always welcoming and friendly. Lisa Tran- I have to give her an A+++ She's absolutely kind and friendly and most importantly...she LISTENS to her clients.
