The people at this business are very rude and pushy. They are constantly trying to get you to buy additional services. Do you want you chairs cleaned? How about your Sofa? Would you like protectant? I noticed you have tile would you like to get that cleaned? And so on and so on. But they are just rude about the way they ask and even after you say no they just keep on pushing. They give you the big sales pitch about how they are the best. They will even give you a brochure outlining the 12 step process they use, then go and skip steps, like the pre-vacuum. I don't mind paying more to get superior service but I feel that I paid twice as much as anyone else in the area and there are plenty of other companies I can go to that would have done a better job.

He was able to come out the very next day!! By the time he was done the carpet looked good as new and smelt even better.
