New meal prep spot that gives you bang for your buck!…read more My last meal prep guy raised his prices as high as the price of a tank of gas. So I heard about Corrado's and how they made their own meals... called, Power Meals. For the price of one meal you are getting a lot of food! The menu gives you the option for 1 protein and 2 sides. You can add extra's, but my suggestion is don't get too crazy because the price goes higher and it would not be beneficial. The container is big enough that you can cut the portion into half and get two meals out of it. And, for the price of $9 (with tax) that's a truly great deal. FYI: They need 48 hours to make your order so place it accordingly before picking up.

There is outdoor and indoor dining but since it was blazing hot out I opted to stay inside in the cool AC. Came for brunch on a Sunday so had to try their sangria. It was really refreshing and perfect for a warm day. For entrees, we ordered the short rib hash, chicken and waffles, and the steak and eggs. I had a little of each, but my favorite was the short rib hash. Great flavor and the sauce was fantastic. The steak had a perfect cook on it, and the fried chicken was crispy and flavorful as well. The server was friendly and extremely attentive. He recommended a good dessert which we ended up splitting. When in doubt go with the chocolate brownie Esther vanilla ice cream !

We didn't have a reservation, but they were still able to seat us in the dining room as long as we could wrap up before 1:30, which we appreciated. I wasn't super hungry so we shared the crispy cauliflower and lamb ribs from the appetizer menu. The crispy cauliflower was excellent -- hot, actually crispy, and not drowning in sauce which I really appreciated. The lamb ribs came over labneh (a yogurt base) and the first plate arrived with the lamb cold. I asked our waitress if that was intentional and she said only the labneh should be cold. They immediately replaced it with a fresh order and handled it really well, which I appreciated. Great service recovery and overall a really enjoyable brunch spot with a lively atmosphere.

Do all possible combinations truly have value? At what point does variety become a little ridiculous? That said, the bones -- so to speak -- are very good. The reason why I am writing this review as well as giving a pretty high score is because of microbrew/IPA beer selection, most liquor stores don't even carry this stuff and they have for years. They sell out of stuff kind of fast and some of the higher quality beers will definitely run you. I once tried a 22$ 4 pack of Belgium beer (name slips me) but it was even signed by the person in Belgium who brewed it and was dated, the crazy thing was if you let it age it would actually make it better like wine which I didn't even know was possible.
