My first experience with Total Wines was over in West Orange…read more Then I started to cheat on West Orange with their River Edge location. Now, once again, I find myself straying... sorry River Edge but Totowa's making me weak in the knees. Lots of aisles. Lots of product on those shelves. Lots of space between the rows so you and your fellow shoppers aren't at risk of bumping into each other with your carts. If you've been to a Total Wines before - you know how it goes... they're usually the size of an old Toys R Us but aimed at adults looking to waste, I mean spend, money on booze (or cigars, which seem to have a serious fanbase the few times I've been here). I've found some new/unique imported beers as well as a few interesting organic wines at this location that I never saw at their other stores. [Every Total Wines location is a bit of a drive for me but worth the mileage.]

Next door there's a minimart which has small snacks, chips, etc. They have a big parking lot, even though there's always cars they're constantly coming in and out so you will definitely find a parking spot. Picked up a few 4 Packs of cans, as well as a whole bunch of single loose cans. As a real plus, I asked one of the workers surprisingly he had quite a bit of knowledge. This kid had a tremendous amount of understanding of the product in the store. Wish I had his name, would be happy to give him a shout out. Was so impressed I returned for more.
