I called this trucking company out of Phoenix, to get an SUV shipped to Iowa. I SPOKE WITH TWO PEOPLE AND LEFT TWO VOICEMAILS. I should have let it be there. However, since I had a good experience with them before, through a broker, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I finally got ahold of a woman named, LYNN. She gave me some SORRY EXCUSE about how the prices have nearly doubled and she can't help me. First saying she could help me, then finally saying no, minutes before hanging up. I ended up getting extremely FRUSTRATED, by the outcome. In the end I DECIDED TO GO WITH MONTWAY. A broker. It may have saved me $200-$300, but my time is worth more than that.

First of all they say door-to-door pick up, I bought a high in Mercedes in the LA area to be delivered to Arizona. I was quoted $750 later on I found out I paid $200 to $300 too much with other companies calling me with quotes. They emailed me after I stupidly paid them ahead that my very expensive Mercedes would be picked up at the dealership on Monday and delivered to Arizona on Tuesday. The dealership called me on Friday in a panic as I had passed on the information the car will be picked up on Monday however, another transport company took it to a lot where it sat over the weekend, none of this was communicated to me by CAR-GO, I finally tracked down the guy ( luckily the dealer had all of this information) and he advised me it wouldn't leave his unknown lot until After the weekend on Monday! I called CAR Go and only got a recording that they were closed on the weekend so I had no communication or clarity on what was going on with my car. therefore, I was left with only communicating with the owner of this vacant where my Mercedes at. On Monday, it was picked up and I was assured by the driver it would be delivered Tuesday afternoon. To make a long story short, the driver did not want to drive to Tucson on Tuesday Contracted but finally showed up at 10 PM that evening. I I Iwould strongly recommend Anybody shipping a car to not use this company. They are not dependable. They do not provide real time tracking and basically could care less once they got your money. If your vehicle is important to you, I would recommend that you avoid this company at all costs…read more The truck driver delivering our brand new 2022 Porsche Taycan damaged one of the wheels while offloading the car, and this company of liars have brushed off any responsibility. First off, the truck was loaded with a bunch of junk, moving boxes, and moving blankets which the driver had to dig through and move from the top level to the bottom level just so he could make way to reach our car (that process took about 30 minutes and looked totally unprofessional). Upon reversing the car off the lift, the passenger side front wheel hit the side of the lift which caused a couple of deep dents and chips to the metal. The driver then grabbed a piece of Brillo Pad and tried to "Buff out" deep chips on the wheel (Like it would actually help...) causing even further damage to the wheel's finish. The driver gave us the phone number of the truck's owner and suggested that they'll prefer to deal with it without involving the insurance. Needless to say, my phone calls to the truck owner were ignored. On a follow up call with the driver, I was told that the truck's owner would be willing to get us a new replacement wheel, but he would like to get the damaged wheel back, to which I agreed. But the catch was that they wanted the damage wheel first before issuing payment... So, I was supposed to have my car without a wheel for 4 weeks until the new wheel came? Or did they expect me to pay $3,000 out of pocket for a new wheel and then go and try to collect from them after they didn't even answer the phone? Yeah right! When the talks with the truck's owner went nowhere, I called the main office and spoke to a lady named Abby. After expressing my concerns to her and telling her I wanted Sema Logistics to get me a brand new wheel, she told me she will need to "Speak to the owner". Needless to say, I never head back from her or the "Owner". After requesting Sema Logistics' insurance information from the Porsche dealership where the car was purchased from, I found out that miss Abby Paneva is the actual owner of the company, which means she's a liar as well. At the end of the day, these jokers wanted to pay me $300 to FIX a BRAND NEW 0 mile wheel that costs $3,000! I don't think so! Sema Logistics were supposed to deliver me a BRAND NEW car. Not a repaired car. Even if the damage is not "Significant" as far as the good folks at "Sema Logistics" were concerned. Luckily, my car was insured by our insurance company while it was in transport. I filed a claim, and my insurance company paid me for a new wheel (less $1,000 deductible). Now, they will go after Sema's insurance to collect the ENTIRE payout, and reimburse me my deductible since Sema's driver was the one that damaged the car. Now they'll have to deal with the consequences of that, and I will leave them negative reviews on any platform available so if someone ever considered using their services in the future, they'll know what irresponsible and unprofessional bunch of clowns and liars they'll be dealing with!

The RV owner was forced to pay Truckit365 driver $2585 by credit card for the return of his RV. Mitchell Truckit365 owner was kept fully informed as events unfolded but did nothing to pay his driver by credit card as I was forced to. Mitchell promised a full refund of $2585 back to my credit card within 72 hours to cover his costs for their driver. I have made several requests by email text and phone was promised payment back to my credit card and requested the transaction number visa issues to confirm refund since no refund had posted or was pending, that was 3 weeks ago since then Truckit365 has stopped communicating and has made no attempt to pay anything, turning a simple transaction of returning money that does not belong to him into a complicated fiasco that is snowballing into a complicated situation that will both cost him financially and damage to his reputation as to be trusted with any business dealings.. Truckit365 is clearly engaged in a Financial Fraud by deception against a senior consumer using an Arizona business license to engage in this scheme.
