You walk in and are greeted with the funniest, kindest people ready to move you to your seats. Your server comes over quickly to ensure that any drinks are flowing! The chairs in the establishment are hilarious and just basic chairs with some designs on them. The venue itself quickly filled up and the show started. It was funny, sexy, raunchy, and jaw-dropping. Half of the show I kept looking at our friends making sure they were having a great time and, to no surprise, they were. The circus acts are unbelievable and the comedic relief dabbled in makes it even more of an experience. This is, by far, one of the best shows I've seen in Vegas! Highly recommend.

It includes shops, colorful glow in the dark photo ops, arcades and a zip line which lets you fly around the entire zone. Zone two is all paid experiences. Horror houses, the museum of ice cream, etc. The atmosphere was creative, immersive, and unlike anything we've ever seen before. Everywhere you turn there's something colorful, interactive, and photo worthy. We spent hours exploring, taking pictures, and just enjoying the vibe. Kid and family friendly.

Unfortunately, all of us walked away wondering what on earth we'd just watched. The entire production was bizarre, and not in an entertaining or impressive way. There was no compelling storyline, and the acrobatics were surprisingly basic and forgettable. We kept waiting for that incredible moment that would make us understand why this show is so highly rated, but it never came. To be fair, the way the water stage transformed was impressive, and there were two or three brief moments we actually enjoyed. Unfortunately, those moments were so short-lived that they did very little to redeem the rest of the production. We've seen numerous Las Vegas shows over the years, including Awakening, which was genuinely one of the most spectacular experiences we've ever experienced. O wasn't even remotely in the same league. I understand that entertainment is subjective, but none of us could figure out what was supposed to be so amazing about this show. Wow? Yes. Vegas? Naturally. Spectacular? Often enough…read more WOW - The Vegas Spectacular is a variety show that has been anchoring the Rio Showroom theater for almost a decade. I've been a Rio Rewards member recently, and their 2nd tier and above grant you free annual show tickets. I decided this year to try WOW. You probably wanna save the incentive until the day-of, printing it out from the kiosk then directly taking it to the box office. Then you can pick your seats. The tier of seating available to me was the same as the Pepto-Bismol colored section on the chart visible online when you try to make a purchase. These appear to have a retail value of $86.32 each w/ fees. You can get in pretty easily with your tickets, but you can't bring all that much stuff in. They do have a table where you can leave stuff and pick it up afterward though. They also seem to compensate for disallowing water bottles by setting up free cups of ice water at the bar inside the venue for anyone to take. The show is not Cirque-level, but it's got quite a few exciting acts dispersed over the 1.5-ish hours. And when they set up shop on the protruding circle of the stage, it feels really, really close to the seats. For specific highlights, Silvia Silvia, the crossbow-wielding grandma, does feel world-class. So do most if not all of the acrobats. The main character / "clown" does a solid enough job with interstitials and comic relief overall. Some of the comic stuff and juggling is not all that exciting, and the dancing feels a little tame and sometimes totally unnecessary (not even as a delaying tactic). It'd be nice if they could add a little more intensity in the middle third (before Silvia Silvia), as well as more examples of showing off words and graphics in the falling water. Production-wise, they could certainly make improvements. I'll excuse the old screens/videos, but they don't seem to have heard of surround sound. Instead, the speakers blast at you from one direction, mainly into my right ear from where I was sitting. If they improve the sound, and maybe fade some of the music instead of abruptly halting them before moving to the next track, the show would feel more polished and maybe only half a tier behind the big shows rather than a whole level. Overall, WOW is a good but not great show, better at least than tired old Blue Man Group and maybe some really random stuff at the cheapest Strip properties. You could probably do quite better if spending actual cash, but Rio Rewards regulars should have this show on their checklist.

There are a good amount of seats (and plenty of poles) around the lounge area. We each got a drink and I got gummy bears! The drinks are of course themed with Star Wars and I thought they were very good. Once the intermission hit, we got another drink and some water (option between Dasani and Fiji which I was so grateful for because I hate Dasani). We got the premium tickets, so we were in the 3rd row and to the right side. Once the show got going, we were all having a blast! The host had our energy uuuuup the entire time! From the moment that taun taun steps on stage, you are having an amazingly fun, wild ride. The music went with each little skit so perfectly. The costumes were amazing. The props and creatures, dude! And the dancers? Killed it!! We were laughing, screaming, singing, cheering, this was such a fun time. I was so surprised when we got a Han Solo dancer! It is located in the Horseshoe Casino at the Laugh Factory. This is on the 2nd floor near the poker room, which is on the side of the main casino closer to the Strip. However, the box office is a shared box office for all shows and is back along the main floor of the casino. Actually, it is on the slightly elevated level near hotel registration. If you need to redeem some sort of tier reward for free show tickets, you'll wanna go there first. You'll also want to give yourself plenty of time in case of issues that may arise so that you don't get in a little late like I did. Since we were a bit tardy, we kinda had to dig our way through curtains that had been closed already, then get help from an usher to find our seats. We ended up at one of the tables in the front-most part of general admission, and they weren't too bad aside from tall dudes semi-blocking in front of us. The premium section feels like a decent upgrade for out-of-pocket customers. I don't think we missed that much. Frederic was in the middle of some stuff with some volunteers from the audience on stage, which we saw most or all of the endings of. On that note, he kept having different people come up (mostly selected by frisbees or balls) throughout the 70-ish minute show to demonstrate that there's no way he has that many audience plants. He also states that he doesn't pre-arrange anything anyway. The show is comprised of quite a few mind-reading / prediction tricks, and a little sleight of hand in a so-called "intermission" (not a real break). Many of these effects are familiar to fans of magic/mentalism, but they still feel fresh since it's just plain cool to see them in person. Frederic himself also is charming, funny, off-the-cuff, and just an all-around good entertainer. His pacing is also great, with no real lulls. On top of that, the musical motifs are well-timed and not too obtrusive, and the sound volume and clarity are great. We didn't stay for the free meet-and-greet, but he was available for it tonight. Paranormal is simply a great show for fans of mentalism. It's lasted 13 years, reportedly, and that's gotta be because it's just a polished show that's appealing to all ages and audiences. Check it out if you have the chance!

I knew going in that a Michael Jackson show was going to be entertaining, but I honestly wasn't prepared for what we experienced with Michael Jackson ONE in Las Vegas. This isn't just a concert, and it isn't just a Cirque du Soleil show. It's a full-on sensory experience that combines Michael Jackson's music, incredible choreography, acrobatics, special effects, lighting, video, and some seriously talented performers. And let me tell you... the energy in this theater is absolutely off the charts! The show takes you through some of Michael's biggest hits, and hearing those songs performed while watching the choreography and production happening all around you is something completely different from simply listening to the music. The performers were phenomenal. The dancing, acrobatics, costumes, and athleticism were incredible, and there were moments where I honestly found myself wondering, "How in the world did they just do that?" And the production itself? Las Vegas at its best. The lights, screens, sound, effects, and stage design all work together to create something that feels much bigger than a traditional theater show. There is always something happening, and the show moves at a pace that keeps you completely engaged. My wife and I were in Vegas celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and this was definitely one of those experiences that we'll be talking about for a long time. If you're a Michael Jackson fan, I think you'll absolutely love this show. But even if you're not the biggest MJ fan in the world, the production value and talent alone make this worth experiencing. If the performers we saw are truly part of Cirque du Soleil, then the standards for acrobatic circus performance have fallen to an astonishing low. What we witnessed was not a show -- it was a loosely stitched sequence of dancers casually walking around the stage, moving with the level of effort you'd expect at a bar on a Friday night, not from a world‑renowned acrobatic troupe. A couple of performers attempted brief "string jumps," but nothing ever developed into an actual act. We kept waiting for a show to begin, but it never did. Instead, the entire audience sat there watching people stroll around the stage while Michael Jackson videos played on a giant screen -- videos we can watch at home for free. Shockingly, the one performer who showed genuine skill was a one‑legged artist on crutches, who outperformed every two‑legged dancer on stage. That alone speaks volumes. To make matters worse, when one bored audience member stood up to dance beside his seat -- something you'd think a Michael Jackson tribute would welcome -- ushers rushed in like vultures to shut him down. So we paid $235 per person to watch YouTube clips on a big screen, and we weren't even allowed to dance. Michael Jackson would be horrified by what has been done to his legacy here. The audience is expected to sit silently, make no sound, take no video, and simply watch them cash in on his name. The most appalling moment was a segment dedicated to Neverland Ranch -- a part of Jackson's biography that absolutely should not be presented as entertainment. It has been a full week, and we still feel scammed. This was not a tribute, not a circus, and not a show. It was a blatant tourist trap, and an insult to Michael Jackson's legacy.
