As with most of her bread, Bella is always full of energy, but Pauline has such a calming effect on her that she is always able to get perfect results. Blue is a retriever and loves to run after the balls they have. The person in the room was very attentive to Blue and all the other dogs. I love having the access to the cameras so I can watch Blue anytime I want. This location is smaller but I find that the employees knew everyone's name, dog and owner, as soon as they walked in the door. I find this more personable and welcoming. Long story short, we were told he had his first vaccines, however the paperwork would be mailed to us. He claimed we would receive the paperwork between Dec 21 - Dec 29. I called my vet to book second shots (due to holidays the earliest they could book would be Jan 6) We constantly asked David for the paperwork as it never arrived in the mail, we then asked for the vet info at least so our vet could contact them - he refused (red flag) We had our vet call David directly and found the vet name ... what David failed to mention was he, himself, gives the injections and has a vet sign off (Dr. Puri) Unsure why he left that out in the first place... I called Dr. Puri office and was informed some breeders do their own vaccines - OK - moving on.. We ended up having to get and pay for first shots all over again since we still had not received any paperwork, when my husband reached out to David to let him know our disappointment, David was not pleased... We ended up receiving the paperwork for "our dog" this week.... The shot date says either December 17th or December 27th.. We brought our dog home December 12th, so unless David broke into our home a few days later to do puppy vaccines he is a liar. Sketchy business he is running, I feel terrible for all those puppies likely not getting their first shots. Just sell them without shots so new owners can protect their new animals! Terrible place.

She is one rude lady (I won't even say groomer as she do not deserve to be in this business). She put bruises on my pet while trying to complete the work early. She will charge you anything that she think is fair. For me, she set up an auto appointment and I gave her 3 days advance notice as my pet didn't grow that much hair yet. She sent me text after 3 days saying she will charge me for this as she didn't know when the appointment is for. Even though its her own appnt. system, she don't know when is the appointment and she will charge you cancellation charges for any appointment that her system will book automatically for you. She sent me text saying that Opening a store in Brampton is nothing short of nightmare for her so she is going to move out and I should not contact her when she relocate to better clientele. Guys, she is a racist. She also told me to chose an original name for my pet. If you do not want bad experience for you and your pet, stay away form this lady who call herself Jessie, not sure if that's her original name either. I am glad I found her truth and bad attitude early enough. There are many really good pet groomers in Brampton and Mississauga - Never going to recommend this lady to anyone.
