They are a wholesaler of some really fantastic food specialty products. If you enjoy using (and eating) a variety of condiments and sauces that taste home-made, these guys should be your friends. They really are made at the owner's home and then jarred in a facility. Some of their goodies include three relishes (Jalapeno, Cranberry, and Pomegranate Onion), two chutneys (Cranberry Ginger and Tomato Lemon), two salsas (Mango Spice, and Garden Vegetable), and one cooking sauce (Hot & Spicy). I bought a jar of the Hot & Spicy at the Stonington Wine festival and it was gone within 3 days. I put it on eggs, meatloaf, just about anything. It was wonderful, almost like a BBQ sauce with a distinct zippy accent. In the spirit of full disclosure, I was fortunate enough to win a gift basket of their products at last night's New Britain Art Museum gala. I'm very much looking forward to trying the seven products I haven't tried before (they all sound amazing). If they are half as good as the Hot & Spicy cooking sauce, we will most definitely be scarfing down some tasty food. They have recipes on their website, and I will be cooking a Turkey Meatloaf with their Cranberry Relish as one of the ingredients in the very near future.
