The worst car wash experience I've ever had. I brought in my three week-old Audi with two week old tints and a new car smell, and got the car back with scratched tints and the overwhelming smell of body odor. When I brought both to the manager's attention (a Hispanic guy wearing a visor) he responded with "that's impossible" before walking away. Do not take your car there. This place damaged the back of the front passenger's seat of my girlfriend's NEW porsche SUV. The manager, Enir, took photos and said he would pass it on to the owner. My car needed a full detail job. The owner told me when I called him on his mobile that I would have to be there early in the morning on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. I showed up three weeks ago on Wednesday 08/03 at 8:15 AM and the "manager" in a very rude attitude told me that I had to call first for an appointment even though I clarified about my conversation with the owner who was not there. Note that there was only car being serviced. I had been a customer for at least 15 years. Because of the employee's attitude I will not go back. Also, often they do not have enough employees to do more than a simple wash with no inside cleaning. The positive side of this is that on the same day I found a way better Car Wash, "Kendall Campus Car Wash", 10998 SW 104th Street, where I was given a courteous and excellent service at a very affordable price of $88.40 including taxes and a $10.00 tip. 5 stars because I saw them find a wallet on the ground in the front after a guy drove away. They opened it (money, credit cards, etc) all inside. They took out the license and went to the computer. Looked him up and called him on his cell phone to come back for his wallet. Manager held on to it until he drove back in. The car wash was not a great value $22 for the money. What a rip off! There is no set pricing anywhere visibly available to you. When you pull in the guy there asks you what you want. I told him I've never been here, I want the cheapest wash (my boyfriend who goes here told me it was less than $15... I paid $21.35!!!! Let me start off by saying that the new employees that have been hired here aren't any better than the ones they previously had. The cashier had no idea how to charge me because of her lack of computer knowledge. By the time she figured it out, I had the little rude girl at the other register rushing me to sign for my credit card transaction which didn't sit well with me since after waiting for her coworker to charge me, she couldn't wait three seconds for me to put my credit card back in my wallet. I then go outside to wait for my car and there was one employee that seemed to be fascinated that my trunk closed with the push of a button because she kept on opening and closing the trunk without doing anything. She then proceeded to guide a towel around my car and see if it would follow her because she sure as hell wasn't drying it! Once the gentleman that applied the wax and took it off said that my car was ready, I walked over and told him right away that there was left over wax on the roof. He decided to question me about it and asked me "are you sure?"....boy did that open up a can of worms. I told him "yes, I'm VERY sure" and proceeded to inspect the rest of my car because that's what I've learned to do throughout my life after paying for a service. By the time I pointed out the sixth thing that was wrong with the car wash and wax, I just gave up, put my tip money back in my pocket and cut my losses. I might as well given $60 to the homeless guy that was pa handling across the street since I pretty much threw away my money at this car wash! I really don't know how they get so much business....maybe the people in Pinecrest like throwing their money away on crappy car washes. I've just spent $40 for an interior and exterior wash, and it looked like my money went down the drain. They only worked hard at the exterior and not the interior. It may appear that they worked the interior, but be sure to check if they missed the back row of your car. They've made too many mistakes on me for the past few years, I'm done with them. I get my cars washed at Super Shine regularly. They know me by name "Henry". Yet, I do make sure to supervise the wash on busy traffic days... if they miss a spot, I tell them where they missed a spot. Either way, after many years of going to Super Shine, I am treated like a loyal customer and they do make sure to go above and beyond on my car washes. My favorite Highlights in comparison to other Hand Wash places is that Super Shine has about 8 people working on your car at a time... you get 4 people inside the BRUSHLESS Car Wash Tunnel soaping, pressure washing and rinsing your car... then after about another 4 people Hand Drying, Detailing, Waxing, Vacuuming and Tire Shining your car after the wash... I am in and out in 10-25mins! Love it for Friday mornings on my way to work on the run. + BRUSHLESS Car Wash Tunnel (this assures no scratches or antennas or pieces getting torn off of your car) + Multiple hands to make sure you get out quick and satisfied + 10-25 mins average Car Wash (In other hand washes on busy days, I've had to leave my car for hours and schedule a pick up) I don't know about the negative reviews here, but the above are important to me... plus they give FREE BAGELS, CREAM CHEESE AND COFFEE. Went for a wash and detailing over the weekend. The employee that detailed the inside of my car damaged my gauge screen. An honorable business man would have apologized and repaired or replaced the damaged piece, but the owner only denied that they were responsible for the damage. Went back to see if the could buff out the damage, and they put some wax on the gauge cover, with a dirty old rag, that lasted about 10 minutes before I could see the damage again. Now I have to foot the bill at the dealership. Do yourself a favor and find a better car wash. Most definetely would not recommend. read more

Used to come here for regular wash at least twice a month. Not any more. Their customer service is very poor. All I needed was an extra wipe and everything would have been fine. When getting to the place it was clear they didn't want to help, I asked one of the workers about dealing with tree tar that my car had, he told me basically good luck come back tomorrow we are super busy. The manager showed up and told me that if the oil is fresh a regular wash would do it. Got in and only one person sprayed soap and wiped the soap up. If that person would have wiped the back wind shield everything would have been fine. As I come out got out of the car and saw that the manager came to me and told me that the car is clean only I was getting the tar out with my own hand!!! Told him there was only one person doing it all inside and he said in a very displicente mannner: "well sometimes there's one or four people inside, it does not make a difference" I've came to this place at least 30 times and never saw one person doing the job by himself. Worst car Wash. I bought my car about 3 weeks ago so it's brand new, I went for a car wash it looks like a place where they would have done a great job. But of course that wasn't the case I was literally in and out the car wash took like 10 minutes. They didn't clean the inside I guessed they saw it still looked new, but there were a couple places that were dirty. Sure enough they tell me my car is ready I check the areas and of course still dirty. I have all weather floor mats (beige) they didn't even bother to wash them. I paid $25 for a general body wash.
