I brought my vehicle to Dana's Auto and was quoted $5,000 for repairs. They had my car for nearly a month and half and gave it back to me twice, only for issues to continue. One of the issues happened not even 2 minutes after i pulled out of the auto shop. The third time, they kept my car for another 2 weeks and then refused to release it to me until I paid them an additional $218 on top of everything else. This whole process was incredibly frustrating, expensive, and time-consuming. I cannot and will not recommend Dana's Auto based on my experience.

But they didn't make it before 5, so I called him again, caught him for the second time in the midst of a busy day, and asked him (per AAA) to leave a note with the car written on his letterhead. Most mechanics I've encountered would have told me where to go with my request; he was kind, reassuring, and did exactly what I needed. The level of kindness and generosity he showed was above and beyond, and I shall be forever grateful. If I lived anywhere near Kingston I'd absolutely go to this garage for life.
