I was relieved to find out my warranty had expired as I was having issues at the dealer where I bought the car. I got to go back to SSA today and after 5 years Wayne still recognized me and Justin had gone over my list with me and to please call at certain dollar points, which he agreed to with zero issues. I'm over the moon happy to be back at SSA with owners and mechanics that care about the customer and the car equally. I'm looking forward to getting back my mini clubman with everything I asked for done without the hassle of a dealership and up selling, I trust these guys way more than the dealership and I've explained why. Thank you SSA for welcoming me back, I'll never leave again! It's like driving a brand new car!!!

Also, just went back today (a Friday) to get the vehicle's inspection done and they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes...Service was AWESOME! Formerly, I was in sales for Toyota, Lexus and Scion (different state) and so I can be a bit picky...these guys were good to deal with.

During those two weeks, I had been communicating with Justin Culhane, who told me that once the vehicle was available, I could come see it. The dealership knew I was specifically coming in to look at that car. I came in expecting to see the 2022 Toyota RAV4 listed on their website for $31,994. Instead, when I arrived, I was informed that the vehicle had already been sold. I was then shown a 2023 Toyota RAV4 in the exact same trim and color for $36,000 instead. Had I been informed beforehand that the original vehicle was no longer available, I would not have made the trip. Expecting a customer to suddenly increase their budget by $4,000-$5,000 after arriving at the dealership is unreasonable and extremely frustrating. I felt, and still feel, very deceived by the lack of communication and the inability to negotiate anywhere remotely close to the price of the vehicle I originally came to see. This experience felt very much like a bait-and-switch tactic, and it left a terrible impression. I worked with Justin Culhane and John Faucett, and unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.
