I brought my vehicle to Dana's Auto and was quoted $5,000 for repairs. They had my car for nearly a month and half and gave it back to me twice, only for issues to continue. One of the issues happened not even 2 minutes after i pulled out of the auto shop. The third time, they kept my car for another 2 weeks and then refused to release it to me until I paid them an additional $218 on top of everything else. This whole process was incredibly frustrating, expensive, and time-consuming. I cannot and will not recommend Dana's Auto based on my experience.

Looking at the other reviews, they tend to make claims of oil leaks with other people as well. Luckily, I took their estimate straight to Porsche and Porsche assessed my vehicle. It needed two new tires, not four.. Despite them pulling up a Carfax for my vehicle they failed to recommend one service that was due and recommended several other services that had just been done in the last year and were not due. Do they not think that people will seek out a second opinion? I guess they assumed I would just trust them and give them $6000.00. I recommend anyone who goes here. Also get a second opinion from someone else before proceeding with any work.

After about 40 minutes later they came back with a quote of over $633. What the dealership did was strip the threads to my oil pan and say it was natural wear tear. I was in a tough position as I couldn't take it anywhere else since it was leaking. I agreed to pay for the oil pan and they agree to pay for the labor. I had them take a picture of the work they did and when I picked it up and went home and looked at the picture they were supposed to replace 10 bolts. The picture showed Rusty bolts back on my car. The dealership acknowledged their fault and credited me back the bolts. They never reimburse me for the oil pan. I have three remaining oil changes with them, and I requested a full refund from the dealership corporate office. Ridiculous waiting close to 3 hours for a simple oil change. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

He handed me the keys to his truck and said take it and go. I've never met or talked to him prior to today. I went home picked up a wheel and came back. He swapped out the wheel and hardly charged me anything. Great service, great team there at Plympton Service center. I found my new repair shop from here on out.
