I've gotten my glass replaced on the IPhone 13 Pro Max here twice now (front and back glass). They threw in a screen protector on my phone during my service without an additional cost. I also wanted to replace my battery two years ago but Gilbert advised that the health wasn't that low for it to make much difference. Fast forward to my phone dying at 20% out of nowhere and he replaced it. Now it's a 4yr old phone operating with 100% battery health. He was always on it right away, and worked diligently to get it back up and running as quickly as possible---but sometimes you just have to call it a day with your old hardware and upgrade. I don't regret it! We've stopped losing clients due to outages, so I'm very pleased. I've also asked Dane to come to my company to help with getting our office PCs updated and ready to meet HIPAA compliance standards and he even took care of sending out my personal Macbook for me when the screen stopped working. All I had to do was drop it off and he delivered it to my office after it was repaired! Dane works closely with my own, budding IT guy to give him guidance where needed and checks up on our servers regularly to make sure it's kept up-to-date and working. He even added in some kind of file or something that will give us protection against the dreaded ransomware virus. Now that I have figured out that they were not working and have asked for support to replace two of the three that are not compatible to use a cloud key with, ensuring consistent WiFi coverage in my house I am no longer receiving any assistance or remediation.
