I've been to a lot of shops for pedicures and the reason I like this one is it feels clean. They upgrade their equpiment regularly, and even though they haven't been open all that long, they have already re-painted the walls/redecorated. They do a pretty good eyebrow wax, also! read more

I have been turned away one being asked to come back the next day and again asked to come back later in the afternoon. They are well worth the wait though. Finally a nail salon in Richland that can do a good set of acrylics!! I've had bad experiences at other salons so I was happy to find Super Nail. I will be going back. Worst pedicure I've ever had. They left bits of old bright orange nail polish on there and painted over it in white. She cut my cuticles too short and my big toe is swollen and in pain and I could barely walk on it today. The shape of my nails was horrible. Customer service is horrible I will never go back there again. read more

Don't waste your money. Its like paying for cold bath for your feet. I sat waiting and waiting and waiting until the water was cold (why don't they just tell you to come back later?!!) Won't be going back! Yesterday I needed a fill, and I was in the area, so I decided I would try this place out. It was quiet and the people were friendly. They found out it was my first time and made sure I was happy and made sure I would remember thier names and come back. I left satisfied with my nails. Then today (yes not even 24 hours later) 3 of my nails BROKE off. I was very disappointed. This has never happened before, but because I wanted the same color paint and for the nails to match I came back to get them fixed. Lets just say my experience wasn't the same. They "fixed" the two that were really bad, the third could have been fixed with a file and new paint, but they didnt even touch that one. Even though I had the same lady fix my nails it looks like two different people did it, they are not the same size or shape as the rest. As I was getting ready to leave a lady came in and complained that she was also in yesterday for a fill, and one of her nails popped off just from her touching her scarf! What no way. She does not live here so she won't be coming back anyway, but I for sure will keep looking for another nail salon! read more

No need to pay more than the entry-level pedicure. I did the middle of the line and it wasn't anything special. She only put a base coat on the big toes ... not on the other toes. And, the clear coat was one dip in the bottle for one side (5 toes). I had to add top coat once I got back to the hotel. Hot stone and leg massage was very basic and not worth the upgrade. Don't expect anything special if you're doing a basic mani or pedi. They might be good on their artistic nails. Like another reviewer said "if you're looking to get your feet pampered, go somewhere else." read more

I was a regular customer and would get my nails done every two weeks. I came in the day I was getting induced with my first baby for a mani & pedi. While painting my nails, the manicurist started painting my nails with an entirely different color than what I had picked out. 1/2 if my hand was another color and she argued with me to the point where she just continued painting even though I said stop. By the time they were done with my nails, they had mopped their tile floor and didn't let me know or care to wait. I was walking to the counter to pay and I slipped on the wet floor. Nobody seemed to care too much or even help me up. Being pregnant and ready to pop this was a huge concern. They almost acted like it was a normal thing for their customers to fall on their wet tile floor? This used to be the only place I would go and recommend to everyone I knew. I was a loyal client for a year and a half and loved their work. I recommended them to friends and would not consider going elsewhere... Until they got too big. My last visit was almost 3 hours for a pedicure and fill. The line before was also three hours, but I had to leave and come back due to an obligation. I sat and waited 45 minutes... Then the blue goo they put in the pedicure water wasn't mixed and turned my feet blue... The pedicure was done well and I have no complaints about it. It took about 25 minutes. Then I waited for my fill... The technician was rushed and didn't care about her work. She burned me repeatedly with the drill tool and did a horrible job on the fill. You could see the line distinctly where she had sanded down and then filled and it was a sloppy line, she didn't fully remove the color that was on the nails so there were lines of it too. I told her at the outset that I use light pink powder, painted white tips and gel topcoat. She started to put a regular topcoat on and I reminded her that it needed to be gel and she grunted at me, rolled her eyes and said, "then you have to wait," and sent me to the drying table for "ten minutes" while she worked on another client. 45 minutes later (I would have left, but I had no top coat) the teenaged boy working there asked me why I was still there. I explained that I was told I would have to wait for a topcoat and he told me 10 more minutes. My time is valuable and I do not want to spend 3 hours of my Saturday being treated like crap. They added pedicure chairs, but not staff, their best acrylic tech (the guy with a goatee) left, and the owners are never around anymore when they used to be so attentive. I will not be returning to Super Nails. In the same complex, T20 does a much better job with shorter wait times and complementary wine or beer. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I went in for a new set of nails and a pedicure after 4 years of not going to this establishment because of a bad experience, hoping they'd made a positive change. The girl that tried to do my pink and white did a horrible job and when it was brought up with whom I assume to be the owner, she was rude and unprofessional. Last time I visited she said I was "too picky" because I expected the white part of my pink and white nails to not be crooked, thick and uneven. At this more recent visit today, she asked another customer's opinion on my nails in front of everyone in the salon (and the customers response, which I never asked for, was "this is America and you can just go to another salon if you don't like this one"-which I did...thanks for the unsolicited advice, by the way) and when I said I don't feel like I should have to pay if my nails aren't finished (which they refused to fix) the woman I assume to be the owner told me to leave and never come back. No problem, lady...and neither will my friends and family. I should have known better and gone where I always go (Nails 2000) but didn't because they had an hour wait. I went there right away after leaving Super Nails and they re-did my horrible nails with no issues. read more

Went there the first time and asked for a pedicure. It was really good but cost $30. Told my friends and daughter about it. My daughter and I made an appt. for pedicure and manicure. It still is first come first serve. I was the 4th one through the door and had to wait for more workers to arrive. The person I got gave a lousy pedicure. She painted my toenails and left to work on someone else. I was still in the chair and asked if she was done. She said yes. I got up, paid and complained about not getting a manicure. They tried coming up with all sorts of excuses including not enough help yet 2 people were working on 1 person. Me and my daughter went yesterday to get gel manicures. My daughter loves her nails and they turned out great, however they cut my cuticles back really far and it was painful. When we left a few hours later my gel polish started lifting and came right off on my thumb. I've never had this happen before with gel. I went back today and they did fix it for free however I wish it would have been done right the first time. Called to make reservation. They asked what time - I replied 1:30. They said OK. Arrived for appt., about 25 minutes into wait they explained they were 10 minutes behind. Half hour later, finally got taken care of. Two regular customers came in and were seen while we waited - I guess it pays to be a regular but we'll never know because we're not going back. Definitely a management issue, staff is nice enough but note to owner: whether it's you or a paid manager, incredibly lousy service for newbies. read more

My daughter and I tried this place because of the good reviews on here. Prices were reasonable but place was not very clean, they do not sanitize out foot tubs between pedis. My daughter wanted acrylics replaced on her toes and gal kept telling her they were fine and even started painting them, we finally got a manager over & she had a different lady finish. The gal doing my pedi was very rough and filed & brushed my skin raw around cuticles & tops of feet and cut skin when doing the cuticles. Definitely not going back!! read more
