Don't waste your money. I went in for a walk in appointment on Friday and was happy I could be accommodated on short notice. Having said that, the lady who did my nails did a horrible job. I went in for a dip powder full set and came out with bulky, rounded nails. She was watching tv while doing my nails and even rewinded the show so she could watch. There are plenty of other spots nearby that'll do a much better job than this place did. read more

Rose is absolutely AMAZING and by far the best nail technician I've been to in my entire life and I have lived in Central Florida for 36 years I have been to over 30 different salons and over 50 different technicians. A lot of it had to do with relocating around the city, but also the other technicians would either do a bad job or if they did a good job they would take way too long. ROSE is able to do a full SNS manicure that looks flawless in 30 minutes. Not only that, but she is funny, kind and has been doing nails for over 20 years! Considering they've been short staffed due to the pandemic I'm really impressed at how they've been able to keep up with the business and still take care of all of the customers equally! read more

I went and asked for a mani/pedi full set. I'm going to a wedding. I couldn't find the color I wanted to match my dress. So behind her table I saw that color. I said that's the color I want. And she seemed mad. But I ignored it and said well that will be an up charge. I said ok fine. Then I said I want a color to match my toes. And she said it's another upcharge I didn't say anything yet. I didn't say yea or nea. But she handed me a bunch of painted nails and said you can pick any from here. I said ok. I looked through all the nails and picked a color from what she gave me to look at. She got mad and said I told you you can't do that color then looked at the only other customer in there and said "some people". " they want something for nothing and don't want to pay for it". And the customer said some people are just like that. Funny thing I was going to pay the upcharge if she would've kept her mouth shut. Then she disappears in the back with some man. Comes back up and I said can you sit here and let's talk and she said when I'm done with this man can't you see I'm with this man. And I got up out of the pedicure chair and started to walk out and told her she was rude and her other customer started telling me off and I had to tell her to but out. Somehow I became the bad guy. Don't know how. But went right up the road to Allure nails and had an amazing experience. And paid about$20 cheaper. read more

The staff treats you like they are genuinely glad to see you every time you are there. They are respectful to their customers and each other. I used this place a few days ago and my big toe literally has an infection from where the lady cut the side of my nail. The nail polish was painted on sloppily and was on my cuticles and skin. I came in for a manicure. I was telling the owner that I wanted to sell my car. I was in a manic phase of bipolar. I stupidly offered to give her my car. She dropped me off at a Toyota dealership. I was admitted to the psych hospital the next day. I asked her for the car back and she said " it is mine now. My lawyer did not prevail. That was one expensive manicure. My husband and I went there today for pedicures. While sitting in the chair with my feet in the water. Holding the nail polish bottle I had chosen broke in my hand. The manager quickly took it out of my hand with a paper towel. While taking it to the trash he dropped some on his new "$200" tennis shoes. Instead of asking me if I was ok or giving me something to wipe the polish that was covering both hands he proceeded to clean his shoe! Another customer very kindly handed me some paper towels to wipe my hands off. This was our first time there. We won't be back! When your shoe is more important than your customer you are in the wrong business. It's a shame because my husband had a wonderful girl for his pedicure. They did a nice job but really I have never had a bottle of polish just break in my hand. The whole bottom broke off in my hand. Put your customers well being for your shoes! read more

I had a appointment for 1030 for two pedicures me and my mom. It was my birthday present from mom. We get there they start hers and ignore me 30 minutes later they said they are short handed and will be with me in 15 minutes or so. Meanwhile another customer comes in and they start her right away. I asked what was going on. They said she had appointment with him and I will have to wait. I put my shoes on and said never mind finish my mom she was almost done since it was almost 1130. The lady started to grab my shoes and take them off I said no and she said I will do fast. No a pedicure is relaxing and enjoyable not rushed because you suck!! I had a gel manicure. They did not paint them close to my cuticle. One nail chipped on the side within three days. Three peeled a clear coating within a week. A forth chipped on the top side by day 4. The filing was jagged. I usually get my gel manicures to last at least three weeks but these didn't keep for 1 week. I would not go back. read more

I went in on Valentines Day. The owner did my nails. It was the first time someone doing my nails asked my name and told me hers. I left, my nails looked nice. But within 2 days 2 of them broke off, so i went back got someone else my 2 nails looked like crap, they were thick, not shaped anything like the others and were not straight. Low and behold the next day another one broke. I took them off and will not go back in there. I get my nails done and never in my life lost three in less than a week. Very disappointed. read more

I came here to get a regular pedi and a gel manicure. I was overcharged $10 and when I came to ask for my money back, the workers made a massive deal over this. They called the person who did my nails and I'm not sure what was said since they were disrespectful and discussed the matter in their native language. They inspected my nails various times and interrogated me multiple times. I guess they didn't believe and thought I received a "super" treatment of some sort to have paid that price. They refused to return my money back since I paid with my husband's debit card and he's out of the country right now. They said it's "the American" way to refund money back on the same card that was used. And maybe that is a common way, but what's not common in the USA is being treated so unfairly and treating an individual like a criminal. Really for $10, i hope it was worth it because I will never come back to this place. All they care about is your money. They don't care about customers. I've been a customer for 4 years and today was NEVER treated so rudely by the man who did my nails. The 1st nail he went to file I asked if he could not file too much than he was. He loudly starting barking at me that I didn't know round from square. I said I understand just not as round. He stood up in the middle of the salon and said if I didn't like it I can "go now" and stood in the way as I went to leave and continued to make a scene. Other patrons started to complain to him about being so rude to me and he started to, in a raised voice, argued with them. Two patrons got up and left. I've honestly never experienced such hostility and aggressiveness in a store like that. Please think twice about this encounter before visiting their salon. I went to this nail salon for the first time yesterday and my experience was not good at all. I took my mom to go get manicures and when we walked in the girl asked what services we wanted. I told her I wanted my eyebrows waxed and a manicure and that my mom just wanted a manicure. They took my mom back and started right away. I had to sit and wait, which was fine because all of the other stations were taken. This girl comes in and asked for her eyebrows done and they take her right away. I started to get a little bit irritated because they were aware that I wanted my eyebrows done but they took her before/instead of me. So, I continued to wait for my turn. A man approached me and asked what I needed done. I told him a manicure and my eyebrows waxed. He said ok, it'd be a few minutes. So, I sat and waited about another 20 minutes. I finally sit down to get my manicure and my mom was now done with hers and the young boy doing my nails asked what I needed done. I told him eyebrows and manicure and showed him colors I was interested in. So now I have told 3 different people that I wanted my eyebrows waxed and nobody helped. I told him that I wanted only one finger on each hand painted a different color and a lady started yelling at him saying he needed to charge me $2 extra for the other color. I just told him to do one color and that's it. So he did do a great job with my fingers around my nails and such but the paint job was not good..there are spots of my nail showing through the polish. After painting my nails, he states "ok, you're done!" They didn't even dry my nails!!!! He expected to have me sign the credit card slip with wet nails. I told my mom just to sign it for me and he goes "Just have her sign it and I'll fill out the tip and total for you!" Um, NO! The establishment was also not clean. Went in made an appointment with the only person who happens to speak English but he was arrogant the next day acting as if we didn't make an appointment with us for 9:30a in the morning. We were there about 10 minutes early and there were no workers except one who pretended to also not remember us and did not speak English!
