While on the road, I was tasked to quickly find something "interesting" for dinner. This is REALLY good teriyaki and yakisoba served from, essentially, a wooden playground kitchen in the corner of a mini mart. You march up to the counter where you would normally buy chips and scratch tickets and give your order to the clerk. Sit yourself down at the picnic table off to the side, outside the wooden window of the kitchen, and wait for your food! It's hot, delicious, and generous. read more

I kept seeing a post about this place on Facebook from a friend so I decided I would try it. I had 2 sick kiddo's at home and the wonton soup really hit the spot for them. I ordered the Mongolian beef and I was not disappointed! It was probably the best Mongolian beef I've had in the area! My daughter had the orange chicken and chicken fried rice both of which I took a bite what's a mom to do? Needless to say we have a new favorite place for our Chinese food! We tried their Chinese food for dinner tonight. I was really surprised that the food is made to order. For that reason, it took quite a bit longer than I had anticipated but it was worth it. We tried the orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, general tao and chicken lo mein. Everyone was very happy with their selection. I particularly liked the teriyaki and orange chicken. The portions are very generous and about right for the price I think. I will have left overs for lunch tomorrow. My husband had the fried rice, which was quite good and my kids liked it as well. This will definitely become a go-to option when I'm either too busy or tired to cook. Next time we'll call ahead to place our order over the phone. read more

Don't bother stopping by here unless you plan on waiting nearly an hour for your ONE order of takeout Chinese food. Also, as I was commenting on the wait in a separate conversation, the cashier at the front (a girl with a mad mustache) decided to chime in and condescendingly say, "You DO KNOW you were my fifth order right?" Well shit, no I did not know that. How the heck am I to know that info...So I said "no I didn't know." I was gonna leave it at that, but she then decides to further antagonize me, "Well you should've asked me." Dafuh?? Now it's my fault I didn't specifically ask "how many people ordered take out?" How the hell am I to assume that it would take nearly a damn hour to get our ONE order?! And I wasn't even talking to her! She just decided to butt in when she wasn't asked. I wasn't complaining to her...! Simply stating that the wait was just unreal and annoying. Still waiting for the food as I write this. If the food is good, I'll change the rating, but as it stands...the boonies have nothing to offer. read more

Who would have thought you'd find wonderful food here. We ordered Orange chicken, General Tso chicken and chicken teriyaki. These were amazing, flavorful and enough for two meals. They came with sticky rice which was great. Pot stickers were the best we've had. A lot more on the menu that we will be trying soon. Prices were very reasonable. read more
